My friend and I both are so very glad we gave Sushi Express a try. As a treat to ourselves we now buy our lunch there whenever we are at Park City Center. We always get their shrimp Vietnamese spring rolls with the spicy mayonnaise dipping sauce. PERFECTION! This is THE only sushi spot that offers and make chicken teriyaki rolls. I have tried to negotiate with other sushi spots who does sweet potato rolls, and veggie rolls etc. Yet none I know would take my request to make chicken teriyaki rolls. How insane is that. Thank goodness for sushi express who does. I don't like all that weird, raw or shellfish stuff. But I do have my fix. So when I do have a "sushi" fix I go to them. My wife and I have been here many times and are never disappointed. It is being delicious and well worth the visit. I would give them a million stars if I could. We always get poke bowls
