Absolutely love this place, had some friendly banter with the locals, made us feel very welcome, staff were brilliant, looking forward to going back next time i’m across the pond !!
Definitely a locals bar. Seemed like most patrons knew each other. Food was ordered in. They don't serve food. Seats about 40 at the bar, with a few small hi-tops. Tropical themed decor.
If you’re not a regular you’re definitely going to have to wait for a beer as the bartenders will be too busy chatting to notice you for a solid 5 minutes. Atmosphere was fine and people seemed friendly. But $4.25 for a domestic bottle? That’s crazy. I thought it was supposed to be a dive bar. Plenty of places close by with $3-3.75 domestic bottles.
