Love Capriotti’s in general, but won’t ever come back to this one. Don’t recommend ordering anything from here. Make the extra trip and go to West Chester’s Capriotti’s, or even a Wawa would be better.

Amazing Cheese Steak as well as Prefectly baked Brookie (Brownie+Cookie). Great portion size for the price. Excellent personalized service. I'm going to eat at least one meal here every time I visit Malvern.

"I'm done, I'm done" exclaimed the woman in blue working the counter and "It's all over my glasses, it's all over my hands" she continued. Frustrated, tired, and stating her annoyances out loud in front of 8 customers. "Is Ed Still here" she says, Ed replies yes, "I'm making yours now, I just picked an order and that's what came up". This pretty much explains this place in a nutshell and the hoagies were unfortunately just ok. We placed an order for pickup around 11:30am online and got it an hour after. Right when we got there though a man had to cancel his order because it was too long and he needed to leave. Additionally you could smell cigarette smoke in the place which isn't ideal for a restaurant experience, even if it's a sandwich shop. Overall it sounded like they were overworked, there were only two employees, so hopefully they can get some help.

These are truly wonderful people, especially Donna! I had attempted to order their meatball bar for a client, but had issue after issue with getting it delivered. It turned out it was all DoorDash's fault and the whole time Donna kept checking in with me to make sure that something was happening. She was attentive and I am sure, if she could have, she would have made the food and delivered it herself! Just a joy to work with. I highly recommend Capriottis to everyone!

Loved! Loved everything about our visit here! There is nothing like a cheese steak that is authentically delicious ?. The staff was outstanding and we visited two days in a row. The first days fare was taking to a rooftop park in Philly and enjoyed overlooking the city. So when we came in the second day one of the staff members remembered us and asked how everything was and really engaged with us. She was amazing! And yes have sandwich will travel and back to Kansas they went!

Had the food here for the first time today, and I was pleasantly surprised by how good it was. I didn't expect much from the fries, I figured it would be just something to extra to fill my stomach, but the Naked Fries were actually pretty good all on their own! I'll be interested to try out the other fry dishes later! The wagyu cheesteak was really delicious. Its always a gamble trying out a new food place, and im glad this gamble paid off. I will definitely be back. The staff was also nice, and the inside of the restaurant was very clean and nice looking. Definitely recommend.

If you need sandwiches, especially for lunch events, can't go wrong with Capriottis. The Bobbi is always a must. They can also get you out of a pinch when other food vendors forget your order. Glad they are close by work and home.
