We had our wedding reception here and everyone (from 18 - 95 in age) raved about the food and the service. Thank you to all of the staff.Nearby activities: The Railroad House has room available for overnight stays. The restaurant/bar serves great food. The menu changes seasonally. The town of Marietta is quaint and full of charm. There is a nice riverside trail and the location is along the non-navigable section of the Susquehanna River. Great place to spot birds.Safety: The town is full of people born and raised in Marietta. They take great pride in their community.Walkability: The town has sidewalks throughout most of the town. Speed limit for cars is 25mph.Food & drinks: The menu is upscale and very good. Wonderful beer and cocktail selection. There are a number of eating establishments in town. Each has their own unique vibe.

Good food and interesting atmosphere. The dining room was on the loud side. The food was tasty but I thought that the little crab cake I added on to my risotto it was overpriced.

Had a wonderful experience there today with my daughters. Croquettes were amazing with the mushroom risotto, Mac & Cheese, and scallops with salmon. Amazing food and great service!

Stayed two nights with my husband. Quiet, peaceful, and the staff was extraordinarily kind and helpful.Nearby activities: So many lovely antique stores and diners nearby.Walkability: You can take a peaceful forest riverside walk in the morning, and walk down the business strip in the afternoon.Food & drinks: I was very pleased with the seasonal cocktails at brunch. I had a PawPaw cocktail that was balanced and delicious.

This was a spur of the moment decision to eat here. The staff was very friendly and we were seated within a few minutes. We started off with (not pictured) bacon wrapped scallops over sweet potato hash. They were delicious. I could have eaten all 3 myself, and we shared the Pork Belly Sliders. My husband didn't care for the sliders with the mustard and pickles but my mom and I really enjoyed them! For entrees we chose Short Ribs, delicious had a very strong red wine sauce that my husband wasn't a fan of, the baked meatloaf that was delicious, and the special of the day the Halibut, amazing! We ended the night with the crème brûlée, very good, hard crispy top, and fried cheesecake, we thought the cheesecake was a little too sweet. All in all it was delicious, it is a little classier and expensive.

Just ok. Had never been here before, and I guess for the price, I was expecting a better ambiance and atmosphere, but it was dark and noisy. The server reminded me of a server from Chili's. The mixed drinks tasted like they forgot the alcohol. Food was good, but nothing amazing. Probably won't be back.

Nice older inn. Did not try the bar & restaurant but they looked nice. Maybe on a longer stay.
