I order at least 3 times a month, they know me in person and on the phone. I always get big ticket items and my bill has never been under $100 since coming here in 2019. Dont understand why you can't come up with some way to make a fair substitution. I cant eat imitation crab, and really noone should but it irks me to waste food. Id rather swap all 3-4 pieces of that for 1 piece of almost anything else. Ill leave this up in hopes they can accommodate (and better the rating if they do but lower it if they cant figure it out)

I come here often and always get the sushi for 2 and i love tuna but dont like it in a roll (especially with the nice amount of tuna that meal already comes with) and feel some other option would be nice alternative.

A friend turned me on to this place, and I have to say, it's one of my favorite places to order takeout from. One hibachi dinner lasts me two meals. The food is always piping hot, fresh, and tasty. I'm always happy with the amount of meat in my entree.
Hands down my favorite place to get hibachi! Steak is always nice and tender and sushi is amazing ! I don’t know how this place doesn’t have 5 stars!

Boyfriend and I were very into this place in the beginning and as time went the food just got so bad over time. We ordered tonight, thinking to ourselves, "one last try right"? Only to find our food to taste literally metallic and rancid, and to be left with stomach aches. Just like everything in new castle, someone needs to go through the kitchens of these places and see what is going on... Close down the places making people sick. Absolutely disappointing.

I got teriyaki chicken and it had absolutely no flavor what so ever was very dry as well.And the waiter was very weird she gave us the check and she stood there and watch us as we got our money she gave us no time to grab our money as she stood there and watched us I had to transfer money over from my saving and I told her to give me a second cause I was doing that and she left with my card NO PATIENCES WHAT SO EVER!
