Because I see a lot of bad reviews and I had a good time.

Changed their takeout policy from weights to a set price. Now I either have to pack it with more food than I can eat or feel like I've overpayed for a small lunch meal. Been a while since the last time I got lunch here so it's not a big deal to me to go elsewhere for lunch.

Very nice place for Chinese food. The buffet here is descent, with plenty of food to choose from. Excellent customer service as well.

I use to love it here. Ate here all the time but today I went in and as always specified that I am allergic to shellfish. She guaranteed me that what I had picked had no shellfish in it. Well within one bite my throat started to close. They lied to me. Thank gosh for epi pens. When they were told about it all I got was well then don't eat it like what the heck. I literally asked you like I've done for years and all I get when they make a mistake is well then don't eat here .. not a friendly place anymore.

I ordered Chinese chicken wings 12 bucks for 8 two orders $22. I got home and opened them up expecting Chinese chicken wings with fried in peanut oil.What I got was split wings with one drumstick,they were brown ,no panko crumbs,they smelled bad and probably fried in used vegetable oil. They smell and look like they haven't cleaned the fryer for a month.I ordered House special lo mein, I will give further update with that ,kept that.I have been in this area for 20 years, that restaurant has always been cursed. It had good owners once but they couldn't afford to stay there.I have dined in there recently under New Management, it was late, I thought the food was there for quite a while. But I took that up to being late. I should have never ordered takeout. I thought under New Management would be better.Make a smaller menu keep it fresh.So I tried to eat the House special Lo Mein. I had to flush it down the toilet. It was to say the least terrible, hardly any meat no flavor I asked for no soy and MSG, so if that is their whole source of flavoring, I guess to be expected. I swear it was fried in also in vegetable oil, with a burnt greasy tastes just like the wings .I do not know how this place got any good reviews. People need to get out more.Such a shame I was really looking forward to some real Chinese chicken wings and House special.What's weird is they actually were offended, like it's okay for you to eat crappy food what's wrong with you.By the way I never post bad reviews for any other restaurant.I don't even know how it got a 3.7 rating with all the bad reviews, Google is definitely biased or their algorithms are wrong.

Food was not good and there was hair on the plates! Beans were soggy, rangoons were watery and plain, seafood was either too done or not done enough. Even the desserts didn’t have any flavor to it. The food tasted a day or two old. Food was disgusting and not worth the price! Save yourself the stomach cramps just go to McDonald’s.

Boy did this place go down hill. It was terrible. We were greeted by the young lady who cashes you out and plays hostess, with a great big smile. We went around 5:30...fresh food NOT! PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! Food was terrible and our fortune cookies were empty.

Faithful patron of the original Bamboo Garden. The “New” restaurant features lackluster flavors and less diverse food selection - not worth the higher price point for lower quality food.
