I've gotten several pizzas from this place, and it may seem like a small thing but my pizza was never ever sliced, I always had to take it home and get a slicer and cut it so that we could eat it. It would drive me crazy

I had a very disappointing experience at Papa John's. I went in to purchase a large pizza, and after the employee rang up my order and took my payment, she turned around and began handling food with her bare hands. This immediately made me uncomfortable, so I asked for a refund. She informed me that her manager was unavailable and that I couldn’t receive a refund at that moment. When I expressed my concern and said I would call later, she still couldn’t provide a clear timeline for when the manager would return. I left, hoping to resolve the issue over the phone, but after several attempts, I was repeatedly told the manager wasn’t around.
I escalated the issue to corporate and have spoken with three different representatives, yet the problem remains unresolved. This experience has left me frustrated and dissatisfied, and I will not be purchasing pizza from Papa John’s again.

Ordered pizza tonight took almost two hours to get here canceled the order and then 30 minutes later the DoorDash driver shows up had no idea that it was canceled. Will never order from this Papa John’s again management and franchise whoever runs this place os not responsible

No pick up phone 2 times. Put wrong customer's name. Wrong pizza made. No smile Complained! But not accepted entirely. It was pancake, not pizza! Who gave 4 stars to them? It seems they controlled the reviews. A very disappointed place!

chowNow screwed my order up so I drove to the restaurant and explained what happened and they fixed it for me after I showed them my credit card was charged. Thank you. Great service!

If I could give a negative review, I would. Placed an order at 6:20, by 8:15, still hadn’t received it. Spent 2 separate 30 minute windows on hold. Drove to the location to find 2 guys “working” with the music blaring and AirPods in their ears…he smiled about their inability to hear the phone ring. They continuously blamed DoorDash, despite the fact that THEIR app indicated it was still being prepared. Colossal failure
This pizza place is one of the best. Even though they only had one person working the kitchen it was fast service!

I went to make an order after already waiting for over 5 minutes and I asked the person making the pizza if he's the only one there, and he said that the other guy is in the meeting with the manager i said cool I'll wait. I looked at the glass mirror and noticed that there were 3 people back there including the manager. I literally waited an additional 15 minutes. I asked to see the manager and I yelled it loud enough for the manager to hear and he never showed up. I couldn't even place my order for 15 people.Never again will I go back to that place. It's too bad for them cause I'm bring good business. Dominos is my go to place! The service is trash.
