I ordered two oxtail platters one with Mac n cheese & greens, the other with peas n rice & plantains. Platters arrived via doordash without the greens or plantains. I called to let them know and the gentleman said he was aware of missing items but he didn't have time to call me for other options. I spent 70 plus dollars and didn't get what I asked for and horrible customer service. Thanks to doordash I received money back, but it doesn't change the poor customer service.

Purchased an array of meals for a party last minute and everyone loved the food. Oxtail (10/10), curry goat (10/10), j*** chicken (10/10), pepper steak ( 8/10)...it could have been a little softer but flavor profile was great.... Fried chicken was the only big miss (2/10)..... the rice and beans and cabbage was also great. Everyone said they would go again. Customer service was great. Very professional on the phone and in person. And food prepared at the time discussed. We will definitely be there again. The facility was clean. Though I did not sit in, I noticed tables and chairs for those who may want to.
Hands down the best Jamaican spot in the city, probably in America forreal!

I was working in the area and the house I'm at is owned by a Jamaican family so I've been smelling it for the past few days. I looked up Aubrey's and was not disappointed. I got the large oxtail with rice, beans and cabbage and pineapple ginger beer and cream soda. Everything was phenomenal. The beef patty was flaky and fresh with smooth well seasoned beef inside. The oxtail was perfectly seasoned and falling apart tender. She loaded the rice and beans with the gravy from the oxtail. Get extra gravy, the rice and beans are awesome alone but the fatty, thick bone gravy adds a whole other level. The cabbage has other veggies in it and a slight heat to it. The combination of everything was awesome. The portions are huge. I spent $40 with tip on like 8lbs of food and 2 sodas. Customer service was on point and everyone was super friendly and helpful. I got to try the curry goat and will be grabbing some next week. Excellent stop.

So my family is from Spanish Town Jamaica and the food is very authentic here my only issue is that this place has become very GHETTO! when it first opened it was very nice to go too the food wasn't beyond overpriced and i understand inflation but each month the price went up and sometimes the quality and portion is down. The service is even horrible now like they look scared to talk to you or even say anything I'm like open up your mouth the sentence is "hello how are you today what can i get for you" like this place has just gotten so bad i don't even go here anymore! I had bought porridge from here one day and it taste like cleaner i had reported it to the Better Business bureau like I'm all for quality and not quantity!
