I worked at that place for 1 year. And I assure you, I would not eat from there, the meat they use is of poor quality and the cooks do not take care of their hygiene. I saw how they picked up things that fell on the floor to put them to cook and there were small cockroaches in the kitchen area. Be careful in this place and check the hookah they sell you carefully since many of them have mold inside.

Bamboo needs to step up their training for security staff. Today, April 13, I witnessed a fight and was appalled by the physical abuse from the security guards. It's concerning that the owners seem unresponsive to security complaints. I advise caution to anyone visiting; fights seem to be a common occurrence.
