I spent 150 usd pp, get told that available drinks are only made of two ingredients, means that u can't even get a mojito or any other drinks😅 (u can get like vodka with seltzer). Besides, the vide sucks, none of the people dance, once u dance, the security bounce u out. New Year's Eve's vibe also sucks, please do not come here during new year eve!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!it is not full and music is not good😅😅😅😅 besides, if u do not pay for the vip table, we are banned to use the first floor bathroom( fact that we paid 150pp) , have to wait in big line to use females bathroom. Why not go to a club instead???????? No matter how strongly your friends want to go, u should say no!!!!!!! I will call my bank to refund me. All monorith should not go!! Wish I could give 0 star!!!!!!!!!!!

The bartender with the belly ring and dry ass hair needs to get fired. I had waited at the bar for about 15-25 mins to get my drinks ordered while she skipped right over me and attended to other people that came after me. I gave a tip i thought was right because i was waiting for a while and also PATIENTLY. waiting. She got angry and asked what was wrong with her service and that she is getting paid $2 an hour to bartend, not really my problem? there are better jobs out there. Your service needs to be outstanding to receive a good tip and i was ignored for a while 🤷🏻♀️ Place was also extremely hot and overpriced, bathrooms were clean but half of the place was closed off for people to pay to seat, which no one did.

I went to barstool last night. I left my debit card there by mistake, and went to retrieve it today (not even 24 hours later). They charged me $20 to give my debit card back, which I have never seen a bar do before. Mediocre food. I was also waiting for my friends to come out of the restroom and was harassed multiple times by security to come upstairs. Lastly, when I was in the bathroom I saw multiple people snorting things off the bathroom sink, right in the open. It was also raining and they have no covering to protect guests waiting in line from getting wet. Save yourself the frustration and don’t come here.

Not sure how this bar operates during the day so I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt about the food.
During the busy times of the year they clearly allow overcrowding by under-crowding their "VIP" areas and overcrowding the rest of the venue. This is hazardous, at the very least. Other bars in Philadelphia do not have this issue.
The bar also smells really bad. I'm not sure how else to address this. Other bars in Philadelphia do not have this issue, even during busy parts of the year.
The comparatively low rating is very telling about this location.
