I had the best experience here. The older gentleman who serviced me was incredibly kind and understanding. He did his best to make sure I had a great experience. Truly amazing customer service and the ice-cream was delicious as well. I have been to many Baskin-Robbins and this is the first where I felt like the employee cared about my customer satisfaction. I highly recommend!!!!!
We've been going to this family-owned BR for many years and I love this place. My husband always get my birthday cake here, and they are great! I'm so glad they are here.

Terrible service, old gentleman should retire from customer service job of any kind. Refused request to sample, slammed freezer cover and rude as hell in front of my kids. Unacceptable behavior. Will never return!

Loved this place! Went here for a nice afternoon snack on a hot day, and I got the best customer service! He had no problem letting me sample different flavors, and I left went a Chamocha almond fudge in hand. Believe the employee's name was Ian, and best believe I tipped! Will come again.

My family and I will not be back here. Some of the rudest customer service I have ever encountered. I had 2 coupons from my email that came with QR codes-- a BOGO coupon as well as a birthday coupon. I told the employee and he asked to see the coupons (both very clearly sent from Baskin-Robbins), and told me he did not recognize the BOGO coupon and would not honor it. I asked why and he wouldn't say anything other than they won't accept it. I asked if he could just scan the QR code to check--- to which he responded, no, and the other employee (older- maybe his dad? not sure) told me that I was already getting a free cone.I also asked to have my ice cream in a cup but with a cone on top-- the older employee told me nope. Have never heard of such a thing in all my years of asking for ice cream in this way..Also, they don't offer samples-- ?!Will be calling corporate to tell them all about our experience here.

Nope… never again. The owners are rude. They refused to give me toppings that I asked for, even when I stated I’d pay more. They were dismissive and gave me a messy order despite my patience and kindness. I should’ve went to Cold Stone. Lol

My daughter she's 13 and elderly father just went there to get a milkshake as a treat after leaving her eye doctor appointment. The person who served her was very rude to my dad and child. My daughter told him what she wanted and he got an attitude. Told her that's not what she thinks it is. When the shake was ready he shoved it in her hand. I understand people have bad days but that's no reason to be rude to people.

Bad customer service. I asked for a sample of a flavor and was told no. Then I ordered it and it was way too soft and melty and I didn’t like the flavor. The older gentleman who runs it puts his entire head into the freezer to scoop ice cream with no hair net. Disgusting.
