I eat at this location almost everyday and i never had to deal with someone so rude taking my order in drive thru. No greeting at all very aggressive and unprofessional i had to double look and see where i was because it was giving McDonald's behavior! unacceptable. I never experienced this here before I am not going to reveal the young lady's name that is on my receipt but we really need to do better!! Then to receive my nuggets with no sauce was crazy! on top of that the day before i asked for coffee with cream and sugar she handed me a black coffee and when i told her that it was wrong she tried to hand me the cream and sugar in my hand with a attitude instead of taking it back and correcting it.

Stopped by early afternoon on Monday. Only me and 1 other car in drive-thru. We both placed our orders and waited in line. The other car paid for order and waited approximately 10 minutes for their food to arrive. After watching employee lazily take payment, shuffle off and come shuffling nack with food; my appetite was replaced with anger. I didnt have tkme fir thus employees antics, so I drove off without my order and went to Wendy's. Nobody cares if your food is good if they have to wait until it's cold to get it Chic a fiet lost a customer due to lazy employee. Gentleman taking the order, could not have been more pleasant. Kudos to him. Whatever that slowing animal at takeout was, should be terminated

Pick a different location, unorganized unclean, unfriendly. This brand is know for friendly service, and running like a well oiled machine but not here. Long lines, missing orders, people walking across the drive thu, the floor where they were working had chicken and straws on the ground. The man at the counter had to take my order again because they couldn't find it, dropped my receipt and said I will print you another but didn't. 23mins to go through a fast food drive thu without an apology at the window, is not okay. After he took my order again, he quickly got my food out, but said nothing when he handed it to me so I knew I could go, not thank you, not have a good night... I had to ask if I could go. Wow, not what chick fil a stands for at all. Go to a different one.

The server didn't say bye or have a good night 😭 I sat there confused for a second, because there wasn't a conclusion to our interaction. Just handed me my food and card and turned away. Lol. No big deal, Just meet me a bit sad. Especially with the standard being 'thank you my pleasure' or whatever.

So pissed I came here for a market salad and they are gonna put cheese all over my salad on my chicken, I didn’t ask for that. N I’m sure there supposed to ask if I want cheese on it they usually give it in a cup. So pissed wasted money

Service is terrible. Had a young man taking orders and sound like he hates his job. Very rude. This is the slowest and worse service I’ve ever received. I won’t be returning to this chick fil an anymore. They weren’t like this before but since 2025 started the service has been terrible with the new hires or staff.
