This is by far the best location of DD. I work all the way downtown Center City, and was going to the location near my job. However, since 66th is not far from me, I buy my coffee here. And Just heat it up once I get o work downtown. The workers are nice & sweet. The inside is clean, and it's never crowded. So this will for sure be my go to DD spot.

The lobby is often locked sometime mid-morning. I don't know the exact time. There's no notice on the website or app when this happens, so if you place a walk-in order on the app, you arrive to find the door locked and the staff pointing at the drive-through. I feel weird standing in the drive-through lane. I wish that staff had the power to turn off walk-in mobile ordering in these cases.

Nice little Dunkin on Broad Street, the service was good and my order was made quickly and efficiently. I will say it did kinda suck that they have you go up to the drive thru window to order sometimes but other than that I would come back again in the future maybe.

I go here regularly because it's by my job. I only don't like that they won't allow you to add another item when you get to the window. I'm a paying customer. I can understand multiple items not being added but I wanted like a hashbrown and was told I couldn't add it. Other then that they are very nice young adults working in there.
