Delicious donuts according to my three (wife, daughter, her boyfriend). Only minus: no sugar free low carb choices. Coffee was not hot enough also.

I would not come back tbh, not what I was expecting and a bit pricey for what it is.
Had an amazing chicken sandwich from another location and couldn't wait to try it again within a week. This location overcooked the sandwich so much, the chicken was stringy, tough to eat. Even my husband, who had to eat my leftovers, said it wasn't cooked well. I ate it pretty much right after they gave it to me as well, but felt it was almost inedible because of the texture. It was not busy at the time I went. For a sandwich this expensive I expect more.

They do offer other options than Donuts but I usually come here as my Go To if I'm sick of Dunkin Donuts. These are Korean fried donuts so they might taste better though they're slight expensive. If you're new to this brand, I recommend the Cinnamon Sugar Donuts. They usually come hot so that's a plus if you're having it with coffee.

Update 9/2024: I actually tried the chicken (which I normally don’t eat) and the dry ranch rub on that double fried chicken dipped in the rooster sauce is FIRE!!! I can no longer say I don’t like chicken…….this was amazing!!
On top of that the hot donuts are amazing regardless of the flavor. Again, I’m not a cake donut fan but these were just melt in your mouth delicious!! Add that to our server who was so friendly and gave us a history lesson on Federal Donut along with chicken and donut making in no that is really nice when you aren’t really sure how things are made now a days!

The doughnuts are good and our kids (late 20’s) liked the chicken. The 3 piece chicken meal comes with a doughnut which is a fun twist vs a biscuit or some other boring bread option.

I saw this place as recommended and it was worth the trip. The bacon ranch chicken sandwich is one of the best ones I've tried in a long time. Bacon is crunchy and chicken is crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. The ranch was good and the lettuce was fresh. The fries were seasoned right as well. The customer service can be a bit better (the cashier forgot the combo is different pricing) but overall it was a good one. I would highly recommend this place.

This was our first time trying Federal Donuts and Chicken. Who would think about mixing chicken strips and donuts??!! The iced coffee was really good and perfect for a Sunday morning. The donuts were amazing and so soft. The chicken strips were surprisingly really good. The service was good.

Had a bit of a bad experience getting there, city traffic (not the stores fault) but the help from Courtney once inside, absolutely made it worth it. It’s hard to come by good workers but it’s better when they’re good people too! Thanks again, turned my afternoon around.

Have been here 3 times. Has never failed to disappoint. They have good “gourmet” flavors but nothing beats the OG hot and fresh flavors in my opinion. Totally a treat if you’re in the city.

There is a lot of turnover in staff and often there are people who don’t know how to pour a draft latte. It’s not a great experience when you’ve paid almost $5 for a coffee and get less than half of what’s expected. Would like to see better training and more consistency. My office isn’t close to la colombe or I’d just go there instead.
