I have enjoyed food from here many times and I hate having to leave a one star review, but this is important. Today was the second time that this Just Salad location served me undercooked lentils. Undercooked lentils are not just unpleasant; they will cause serious gastric distress if consumed. After the first time I notified an employee and they assured me they would tell a manager and address it. This is a major problem that is likely making people sick every time it happens, and needs to be addressed promptly.

I ordered using Uber eats. My order was two salads and a smoothie. I opted for add ons for additional charges. When order arrived there were multiple missing items. I only received one salad and smoothie. Extra dressing I ordered was missing, extra crispy chicken was missing, no cutlery included. The worst Uber delivery I've ever experienced.

I’ve been looking for a place to grab a salad as I try to eat healthy. I stopped in on a weekday evening for the California cob. Service was fast and friendly. The restaurant is clean and spacious. Best of all, the salad was delicious. If I had one complaint, and it’s fairly minor, I wish the size of the salad was a bit larger. I was still a bit hungry after I finished. I’ll be back for sure.

Decided to give this place a go and ordered a salad with modifications for pickup at 12:20 with more than half an hour’s notice. My salad wasn’t ready until almost 1 o’clock and when I got back to my office, I realized none of my modifications were done and my salad was full of an ingredient I despise. Thank god I don’t have allergies! Straight in the trash. What a waste of $15. I won’t be back- there are too many other overpriced salad fast casual joints in center city that get it right.Dietary restrictions: Avoid at all costs!!’

These TooGoodToGo bowls were healthy and reasonably tasty. Nothing really stood out for me. It was fun to feel filled in this manner . These are great to have available after a workout or even to start your day. Staff is friendly. Would've considered juices too but they are about to close when I could make it.

Used the TooGoodToGo app. The place was pretty dead (maybe because it was close to 7pm- when they close). My bowl came with brussels Sprouts, cauliflower, and couscous. It was pretty healthy and good. I really liked the sauce that was on the cauliflower (it was a bit spicy). The size they gave was pretty average. I didn't feel hungry after but I wasn't completely stuffed.

This place is hit or miss. Lately it's been a complete miss. I order my favorite salad and have it delivered to my work when I'm in the city. One day they forgot to include the chicken. Other days no fresh lime. Called GrubHub and they told me the restaurant said they squeezed the lime onto the salad. Yeah right. When they get it right, it's a good salad. When they screw it up, like today with dried out burnt chicken and no lime to be found, it's a definite miss.
I used to order from here weekly. I won’t be back. They either forget ingredients to the salad or give you something completely different than what you ordered. Was asked three times what kind of chicken when I asked for tofu, given the wrong cheese and the wrong dressing.

My co-worker and I were looking for a spot to grab Lunch. She orders from here quite often, so we decided to order some salad. She got the Keto (seasonal) salad turned into a wrap, and I got the Build Your Own Warm Bowl with Brown Rice, oven roasted chicken, crispy onions, roasted sweet potatoes, shaved broccoli, sharp white cheddar, and balsamic vinaigrette. I enjoyed my meal for the most part, but have a few minor complaints. 1.) There was something in the salad that I just didn't like the taste of (which is weird, because I like all of the above ingredients). I'm thinking it was something about the onions. 2.) The shaved broccoli had way more of the ends of the broccoli rather than the heads. This might also be the "weird taste" in the salad that I wasn't a huge fan of.3.) I used to primarily go to Crisp Kitchen (prior to them closing in the city) and got a meal very similar to this. What I loved there (that I wish Just Salad had) was either a garlic sesame sauce, or a teriyaki sauce. If they did, I think I would have enjoyed my meal even more!

Friendly place with fresh salads. Made to order. Very busy during lunch hour for the business crowd. Restrooms are locked, ask for the code. Salads are prepared in recyclable sustainable packaging.Vegetarian options: Well it's salad and they do have a vegetarian and I believe vegan option.Kid-friendliness: If kids want to eat salads then this is the place. But they also have some really good crispy chicken.Wheelchair accessibility: It's street level and ramped inside with movable tables and movable chairs.

If your looking to check this place out I would like to recommend a close by alternative, one of my favorites, Honeygrow.I had my first and probably last experience here, mainly due to CARELESS AND RUDE SERVICE, the food was just not very good...and expensive for being pretty basic. The staff person first did not want to help me when I came in. Just waving me over to a to-go bag rack with an order that was NOT for me. Then when I had to explain that to them she seemed even angrier. She was obviously in a bad mood and just made me a bowl of what looks like processed chicken fingers (but hard as a rock), rice (old and dry), roasted sweet potato (unseasoned?), and sauteed peppers and onions for $20!!!! I just paid and left, lesson learned.
