I love asian pastries and decided to stop by while out and about. So happy I did! I think they may be renovating? Either way, I'll definitely be back (hopefully earlier in the day) to try more pastries. They're affordable and fresh.

I dream about the taro buns here! Everything I’ve had is delicious. I also frequently get the pineapple buns, coconut, red bean. They are incredibly generous with the filling, which I haven’t found to be the case in other bakeries nearby.

Actually 4.5 though it's really good and authentic. All the Hong Kong/Cantonese classics done well and fresh every morning including the bbq pork bun, cocktail bun, pineapple bun, and custard tart. The exception was the sesame ball that appeared good size but was mostly dough when more sweet bean paste filling is expected.

Absolutely delicious. I bought an egg custard tart, sesame/red bean bun, large red bean bun, and almond cookies. Everything was ?. My kids loved the almond cookies and one who doesn’t normally like red bean paste liked the large red bean bun. I’ll be sure to stop here again if I’m ever in Philly in the future. The lady in the shop spoke good English and took credit cards just an FYI.
