I will never spend my hard earned money here again. It was the worst service I have ever had, anywhere. Service at the local hotdog stand like a luxury hotel compared to the awful service I received. I just wrote a long review with all of the details, but when I went to add a photo, the review disappeared. I was the only customer er in the shop. She was the only worker. It was Sunday, 2/16/2025 at 12:30pm. If this is her business, I hope it fails. If she is an employee, she neoeds to be fired or the business is going to fail. As good as the mochinuts are here, I will go the extra distance to get them elsewhere. Such bad service.
ps- I always go out of my way to put in good reviews because it is easy to be a complainer; however, this horrible service warranted my immediate attention. Save your money - go to the Arch St. locatiom!

Their cakes do taste good, but there was a woman at the cashier with glasses and she was rude to customers and always had a deadpan look on her face. It's disgusting.

I didn't like their donuts, I thought they were normal donuts but they are mochi style and I didn't like the consistency

I was here back in 2 years ago, n we love it, that's why we back again 05/25/2024----you know what, will not come or recommend anyone to be here. Back then it was very nice people, and the food was authentic.....But now they change it, the hotdogs are smaller, The boba uses to be in a can with the logo, like a soda can, just pop the top and poke a straw thro. But now it's in a plastic cup with no logo, contributing to the downfall of the authenticness!!! The prices went UP which is fine if they keep the same quality as before! When we asked for some water, they wanted us to pay! So we asked just for a plastic cup, and was asked for 50 cents. Was much better back then, do not recommend coming here if you want to get your money's worth. The taste of the drink is watery.....*****Only this location gave me the hard time, not other mochi donut chain store! ( Not sure if this one is a Real authentic chain store anymore) ***

A chill spot with some delicious treats. The mochi donut is perfect. We split three donuts and a ramen corn dog. We were full and should have just got two donuts instead.

The mochinuts were stale and the service was not great whatsoever. It also smelled kind of like a pet store in here.

Very delicious, nice and respectful people. Even though they were about to close they still attended us, very unique food. Overall I recommend.
