Please bring back the old Management team. I use to get my order in 30 mins flat, food was good, rarely any issues. The new team takes sooooo long with your food. I live directly around the corner it shouldn't take almost 2 hrs to cook and deliver basic Chinese food. Today i will give it another try and if it isn't right Iwill definitely be going elsewhere.

I just placed my order from them on Grubhub. The delivery driver never came. I believe he stole my food, I didn't see anybody even come. They will not give a refund. The delivery guy also seemed like an idiot and he continuously lied to me on the phone. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Today I went to pick up a small order of beef and broccoli at the 7596A Haverford Avenue, Phila, 19151. When I got home to eat it, there was NO RICE. When I called to ask for it to be delivered, I was told I had to pay $2.00 extra. I informed him that they made the mistake and I shouldn't have to pay extra for the error. After I told him my husband left for work with the car, the employee then SUDDENLY said he couldn't understand me or help me and hung up. I've been a customer of this place for years and never had a problem, but I think the management has changed. I will NEVER patronize them again and will be returning the food tomorrow.

I called & specifically order SHRIMP & BROCCOLI WITH GARLIC SAUCE. paid my money, when I received my food it was shrimp with garlic sauce which had all of these vegetables that I'm allergic to. When I called to fix the issue the man yelled in my ear & told me that this is what I ordered & there's nothing he can do & hung up in my face. Highly disappointed, I would recommend to no one

The food is ok... However, they add additional charges to your order. For example your order may be $10.30. By the time they get done your order is $11 or $12 dollars. I asked for a receipt he just walked away. It was pick up by the way.

I was so dissapointed with the food I ordered from these people. The first time ..I found hair in my food. Took it back and got a refund. Second time.... I found a plastic string or something that wasnt food and didnt belong in my food. I am so done with these people. If you you know like I do .....order somewhere else
I called the place yesterday and today and asked for fries the man I talked to was extremely rude and I ask for delivery he told me they don't do delivery then today I called its the same man from yesterday and told me to stop calling and hang up on me I wouldn't recommend this place at all if they will act like that im unhappy with them
