I came in this location at 245 today and brought two mini pretzels for $7, when I got back to my car to eat the pretzel the pretzels were all hard and couldn’t even bite into them. I couldn’t even go back and return it since I was already on the expressway. I wonder how long the pretzels be under the light or how often do they make them but it was not it. I wish it was a way I can show how hard it is but the picture does not show

Not sure what the hours are but they certainly do not open at 11:00, I was just there at 12:30 in the afternoon on a Monday and it was gated up and closed.

I had over from uber eats. My Pretzels was not freshly made, its extremely hard to bite . Also oder a Pretzel hot dog and that was extremely cold. Not satisfied at all.
Honestly thier pretzels are okay. This is a great location, but with Auntie Anne opening soon in the Fashion District and Miller's Twist in Reading Terminal you don't have to go far for better pretzels
