This places food quality and quantity has drastically lowered in the past few years. I use to be a loyal customer and continued to give them an opportunity to redeem themselves based on my past experiences, however within the last 12-18 months I notice the portion sizes getting smaller and smaller, the flavor has been lacking and they frequently mess up my order. I mentioned the mishap before after arriving home with an incorrect order, and they responded that they were out of what I requested. I think that should be communicated rather than including whatever you deem fit. I also notice when ordering around closing time, you're liable to get anything other than what you ordered because by the time you notice, they will be closed. I am no longer supporting this business.

So I had a taste for BBQ wings and was gonna go to my usual spot and decided to go to Royal's bcz I was in the area and glad I did... Heard from a few people I know that they had it going on! I was not disappointed at all and will be back. There's always a line, but that doesn't seem to bother the people waiting. I have to be honest they were the best wings I ever had! Sticky,sweet,smokey and simply cooked right! Can't wait to try other menu items but will probably go back tomorrow for more wings ???

(BEWARE) Do not eat from this place. Their food is ultra salty, the menu has inaccurate prices listed they are going to rob you. Talk of the Town( next door) was closed so I gave them a try. They have children cooking the food. The jerk mango salmon is a joke. They will take your money then ignore you when you call to have issues corrected. (You have been warned)!!!!! This place needs to shut down 100% no go. As much as I love black business no go no go no go (BEWARE) Don’t make the mistake I did. The royal tea is nothing but koolaid and sugar. This place is a trap Don’t go trust me!!!!!

A couple of weeks ago I called and ordered a 3 platters with Whitting, greens and yams. One of those orders was an XL. Instead for the most costly order I got Basa which no one in my group eats. I called the store as soon as I could and they assured me that someone would call me back. I even sent them a picture of the incorrect order and I have called twice since then and no response. I used to like this place but it has become obvious from my experience and a couple of other people I know that the customers are no longer respected. Therefore I would not recommend this restaurant any longer and I will consider the other options for Caribbean food in the area and city.

Ordered Oxtails & they tasted very salty… Food just didn’t taste like it was cooked properly. Stopped eating the Oxtails after tasting them & threw food in garbage.
I made the decision to try Royal's the other day & it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. The mango chicken was well prepared. Not too sweet, but with a hint of mango. The side dishes went well with the meal. You can't go wrong if you're in the mood for caribbean food.

I ordered 4 platters which came to a little over $80 which is kinda pricy for 4 small platters. Each entree was supposed to include 2 sides but they charge $2 extra for the sides. Its false advertisement when they charge extra for sides. You have to wait outside for your order like we're still on quarantine. You can't even check your order for accuracy by the way it's packaged. The food is good but Probably won't be ordering from there no more.

I frequently order from Royal's Restaurant they have a very Wide variety of menu choices which you can choose from with garenteed freshness. My favorite is the fried whiting they never disappoint it's very tasty every time, I highly recommend Royal's for your next lunch or dinner choice the staff at Royal's are very pleasant and professional.I truly Love this place ?
