I recently visited Saladworks and had a generally good experience. The menu offers a wide variety of fresh ingredients, allowing you to fully customize your salad, which is perfect if you’re looking for a healthy and satisfying meal. I really appreciated the freshness of the veggies, and the dressings were flavorful.

However, I did notice that the portion sizes felt a bit smaller than expected, especially for the price. While I don’t mind paying for quality, I think there’s room for improvement here. Despite that, the staff was friendly and efficient, and the restaurant was clean and inviting.

Overall, Saladworks is a great spot for a quick, fresh meal, especially if you’re mindful of what you eat. I’d recommend it for anyone looking to grab a healthy bite, but be prepared that it might not be the most filling option if you’re particularly hungry!

I used Doordash for a salad delivery and I was really craving a good salad. I remembered that there was a new saladworks at Cottman Mall and decided to order from there. The wait time was not long at all, and when the salad arrived, it was still fresh. I got the avocado chicken Cobb salad and it was amazing. I will definitely be visiting in person because the salad was delicious and satisfied my cravings.

A few days ago there was a worker who when I got there looked like she didn't want to be at her job to begin with. I had asked for a salad and at the very end of the order I had asked her what type of cheese was in the container because it was getting low, she acted like she didn't hear me but cuped her hand around jt being it was on the end, I said yes that one. She then said "can't I ask what this is!". I was stunned as her co-worker looked at me worried from how she spoke to me. I just walked away and said "never mind, I don't know why you spoke to me like that" and just walked away to take my business elsewhere. Don't know why this location highered employees who don't know how to talk to people properly. I have no issues with any other locations. I will not be going back here. I only got food one other time here and it was neutral so I basically was trying to do an overall rating. I definitely do not recommend this horrible place.

The website and mobile app have had many improvements. The ordering itself on the website was annoying, and the picking up part was annoying because the signs were not clear at all from the entrance inside giant. To find the Saladworks you have to go to the “salad” generic sign inside the grocery store. It’s located near the dining area. It’s not good because the branding is not there unless you’re in front of it you see a small logo of Saladworks. Other than that the food came out fine. Very pricey. I ordered a salad and the extra toppings were $1.99 each for a sprinkle of toppings. Altogether $20 for a salad, yikes. Would I order from there again, maybe. Plenty of parking.

My one- and last-time ordering from this place. I ordered Two salads, and both were completely wrong. My turkey tasted like it was hard and tasted old. I was missing all the toppings I chose, and the dressing was the wrong one. Never Again!!! I am completely disappointed and on top of that UberEATS only gave me $5 credit for this mistake. You need to seriously do better!

Asked to make a fresh salad and employee seemed unhappy to help. They were out of dressing, out of lettuce and the avocado was brown.

Do yourself a favor and go into the actual produce area in the grocery store and grabbed a bagged salad before you buy a "Saladworks" salad from "Saladworks". What a pathetic excuse for a Saladworks. I get that it just opened but dear God this place needs help. They had no simple ingredients such as grilled chicken, black olives, cucumbers, they didn't even know a simple oriental dressing that is at all Saladworks. Plus they didn't have the rewards program up and running yet and just squirted in the dressing and left it at that. Do yourself a favor, don't call yourself a Saladworks. This location is literally put together halfassed and needs to think about how they operate and then reopen. I think it's going to be a long time before I even consider going to this location again, Grant and Boulevard isn't that far away for better service and getting the actual food I want.

Ordered two salads, my partner said her salad was solid. I on the other had to throw mine away. Tasted spoiled. Awesome the staff has no knowledge of how saladworks work. For example if you remove and item you can add another item, the Cesar isn’t made with iceberg lettuce and $29 dollars for a salad smaller then the original store is a joke. I’d rather go to the Cinnamonson location.

I had a great experience here. I have been to several saladworks and received really fresh and plenty of ingredients in my salad at this location. The roll was still warm and staff friendly. The woman was new who served me but i had no problems being patient.
