Food: the taste is good, and very authentic. The spicy dishes are quite spicy (whether this is a pro or con really depends on you). Waitress is very nice and kind.
Me and my boyfriend went to Seorabol and reserved for 7:10 PM and honestly, it was a terrible experience. We didn’t get water until 7:35, and another 10 minutes went by before we could finally order. We got the What the Ddak and General Chon Chicken as appetizers, and my boyfriend ordered the kimchi jjigae while I got the galbitang.
It took so long to get our food and 30 mins for his kimchi jjigae which ALSO came out before the appetizers, which made NO sense. I pulled the waiter aside to ask how long our other food would take, and she literally asked me what we ordered again. I had to repeat everything. About 10 minutes later, the appetizers finally came out, and by then, everything was getting cold. It took more than 20 more minutes for my galbitang to arrive where again I had to ask here where is it?? Then right after all of a sudden it came out, so my boyfriend’s food was already cold, the appetizers were cold, and we couldn’t even eat together.
To make it worse, he got banchan (side dishes), and I got nothing even though stews and soups are supposed to come with it. When the waiter came to check in, I told her the soup was flavorless and asked for soy sauce. It didn’t help. I also asked again for the banchan, and it still took another 10 minutes just for it to come out packed up to go.
By that point, I was visibly upset. The service was terrible, and the food was bland and completely not worth the price. Safe to say, we’re never coming back.

Seorabol is consistently great food and service. I've never had a bad meal there, whether it's dine-in or delivery. Tonight I got the Korean corn dog, sweet and spicy chicken wings, and a dolsot bowl. Everything was tasty and served with plenty of banchan. Portions are big enough for leftovers.

Food was amazing, and staff was really friendly and attentive!
I ordered door dash so I have no idea how their atmosphere was. My food was SO DELICIOUS! 🤤 I got their Bulgogi plate and an extra order or Japchae (not in the picture) and I basically inhaled it. Only thing that could have made it better was a bit of extra kimchi. Highly recommend! Best japchae I have ever had.

A neat and tidy Korean restaurant, but the limited number of staff means the service can be quite slow.

My favorite Korean spot in Center City! I love their tofu and radish that come part of the banchan! My go to is the galbi tang. 🤤

Absolutely love this place, and definitely a place to get korean food!!! I will say there was a group of 5 elderly who were completely rude and the server for the night she took on them so well! It's a shame people ruin the atmosphere of a restaurant by the lack of decorum, but the food is amazing!!!

We had great expectations but unfortunately it was just good not great. Clean facility and good service also. We were there at 5pm on a Sat and we were the only customers, we thought that was odd.
Amazing Korean food and a wonderful staff make this place a must visit

Kimchi pancake and side dishes were delicious. The bimbimbap was a little lacking in flavor. I would go back for the kimchi pancake for sure!
