We had great expectations but unfortunately it was just good not great. Clean facility and good service also. We were there at 5pm on a Sat and we were the only customers, we thought that was odd.
Delicious food, super friendly and helpful staff, very clean and timely service! Will definitely be back!
This neighborhood gem is convenient to the theaters and concert venues on Broad Street. Their food is tasty and plentiful. We're very glad we visited and will definitely be back!
I called at 9:10 on a Friday evening to confirm they were still open which the person said they were. We were staying right around the corner at the doubletree. When I arrived at 9:18 the waiter or cook pushed me out the door saying they were closed with no explanation.
Food was decent. Hyun was a fantastic server.

High quality Korean fare at reasonable prices. Nice array of free appetizers ranging from mild to hot. The spice hot level is a bit higher than some Korean restaurants. The bibimbap was good as were several of the noodle dishes. Overall a quite enjoyable experience.
Delicious, cozy and amazing employees too!

My wife and I watch Chris' videos and made a date to eat at his restaurant. Service was very pleasant and attentive. Food was very yummy. We plan to eat there again.

Friendly service but food is on the expensive side especially the galbi, it was like 35$ before tax, the food was decent and pretty authentic though, I had the seafood stew, the japchae and galbi, all the main dishes came with rice and the little “kimchi” plates as sides.

What a great find! Food was outstanding especially the appetizers and particularly the General Cho chicken. Casual and fun atmosphere but easy to have a conversation. Very friendly and helpful table staff. Can't wait to eat here again.
I've ordered takeout for pickup from here a few times and had no issues, but today I was treated very rudely by a server. All the workers were busy, so I stood by the entrance and waited a while for them to finish their tasks. I could see my bag was ready in the corner, but they continued to do other tasks, like serve drinks, go to the kitchen, etc. instead of just handing it to me. A group of customers came in behind me, and the server finally came over but ignored me and addressed them first instead, and the group was also a little confused like me cause I was there first. I was like um hi I'm here to pickup my order? And the server just gave it to me without a single word exchanged, no thank you or goodbye. I don't know what I did wrong to piss them off, I was just waiting for my food by the door politely.
This time I ordered, I met an older lady, so it might be the person the other reviewers are referring to in the comments? The other times I ordered previously were 10/10 service, I remember the servers were young men.

It was AMAZING! I started watching Chef Chris Cho's videos a year ago and have wanted to try his “General Cho's hicken ever since! It did not disappoint! We also had garlic, soy chicken, wings, doll, sop, Bim bop, and the usual Korean side dishes. It was very inexpensive, and the food was amazing!C
Just visiting Philly for a couple nights, and we had a wonderful dinner at Seorabol. Clyde was super attentive and engaging - the service was great! We started with the mandu (almost as good as my mom’s), and we had galbi, bulgogi, and jap chae with beef for our entree. The banchan were all delicious, and the kimchi was fermented to sour perfection! Def recommend a visit!
