Lousy customer engagement, the team of 4 spent more time gossiping then making drinks.

For all the hype of a new Starbucks vibe, this place felt like they didn't give a damn

I came here to sit down and enjoy myself. I ordered ahead of time. I got there and there were no tables or chairs. I had to stand and drink my coffee and eat my food. This is a coffee house! Allow people to sit down!

Never seen a slower workforce

No seating fyi just a counter to order from

I went there this morning to get me breakfast first off my name starts with an A not an H so my breakfast was separated when it was sat on the counter. Number 2 I had to ask for napkins and a straw but yet a lady that came in to pick her stuff that was dressed business casual didn’t have to ask for a thing but her food. My thing is treat all customers the same no matter how they are dressed, race, gender, and etc.

The new space is way too small. And the employees here are soooo blah they don’t smile they don’t greet you when you walk in look like they hate their job. The place looks a mess behind the counter and in front of the counter. Counters are filthy and the floor is nasty. Girl who made my coffee puts the drink on the counter turns her back and then says “have a good day”? horrible customer service!

Hugely busy store... but they slayed the line quickly and efficiently.

This coffee store is located downtown in the midst of the skycrapers and office buildings. It was a good place to stop on our way to our meeting with the attorney. We bought our good coffee to our meeting in cardboard cups.

This location has historically not made good drinks. I thought it might be different after remodel. Unfortunately it has not changed.
Specifically iced tea/lemonade should NOT have water in it.

I absolutely love this location. I have had 2 experiences where someone came in and took my food/drink. You really should have to show receipt on phone. But whenever I pick up my orders I am greeted by name.
