waited 20+ plus minutes for my poke bowl that could have been made in just a couple minutes. i was the only one in the store. i understand there are probably online orders but 20+ minutes for that is wild. some staff standing there not working on anything. on top of that my rice was entirely cold and clumped together.

Signed up for a table on their tablet and waited patiently for the text outside for 15 min. The text came in and we walked inside andWas told that the kitchen was closed and we could not eat. Why have a system that sends texts of you are just going to jerk people around. The host was mean and dismissive saying it was our fault for being late when we were just waiting for the text. Couldn't care less why we would find that annoying and disrespectful.

Hands down the best meal I’ve ever had. The ramen bowl was AMAZING AND THE STRAWBERRY COCONUT Slushie was fantastic. They don’t skimp on the boba or the jelly, I am from out of town but would come here again and again and again if I could.

when we got our order, our poke bowl looked empty even though we ordered a lot of the sides. Our friend that was with us, her bowl ended up being much larger than ours. i think they somehow messed up both of our orders because her bowl had ingredients that mine should've had. we ended up missing sides that were supposed to come with our bowl that we paid extra for. When we went up to ask the lady to replace the missing ingredients, she just looked at us confused and there was no apology. she handed us our bowl back with very little portion of what we asked for. only reason they're getting two stars instead of one is because the drinks were good.
