THE KEY
Im writing a review based on my experience today. I purchase two cake slices, each $5, two-three times weekly. Usually, since I’m there so often, the staff cuts cake slices for me if there’s none already cut that are the kind i usually purchase. This is done with no problem, however today i arrive for my slices and Jessica tells me that she will not cut a cake into slices because there were other slices available, even though the slices available weren’t slices that i usually purchase. The way i was treated today was very disappointing especially since i spend so much money with them and have throughout the pandemic. To treat a patron that way after I’ve spent so much money with them is just sad. This business is lucky to still be open, it’s loyal customers like myself that has kept this business running. Unfortunately due to the way i was treated I’ll have to take my money elsewhere.

Tiffany’s is no longer the best in the city! I placed an order at the 10th and Market st (Fashion District/Jefferson) location but was told that I had to pay for it at the 15th st (Suburban Station) location. I did as instructed and a week later when I came back to 10th st to pick up my daughter’s birthday cake I was told that it was not paid for! I had to search for receipts and prove that it was in deed PAID FOR! 10th st blamed 15th st for everything. I am not sure why or how my payment was not documented in the system yet I had a receipt. Somebody lied! However, once I finally received the cake after going through hell I was disappointed. The cake was supposed to have a picture on top but they totally disregarded my wishes! A customer walked in after me and also had to “prove” that they paid for their order at the other location too. Tiffany’s has become ghetto.

A great find! I was looking for a fun treat to bring to our convention booth, and this bakery came in clutch. We grabbed a selection of their DoYo donut flavors: all good.

I ordered a platter of assorted desserts. It was a hefty price for the size of each of the treats. They are laughably small. Also, I paid $20 for delivery and still had to meet the delivery person outside. All he had to do was take an elevator to the 3rd floor. It’s not that big of a deal. I won’t be ordering from this place again. Have not tasted anything yet but this is how bothered I am about the service.

I will never order a cake from this bakery again. I ordered a drip birthday cake. It cost almost $90 but what I got was an amateur mess. I spent around 5 minutes describing in detail the colors and borders. It was one day late. When I finally went to pick it up, they forgot to add the drip icing on the side. I had to wait as they added the drip. When it came back out, it looked messy. The lettering of the name looks horrible and unprofessional. The top was supposed to have a rainbow border. It ended up with squiggly multi color lines with no artistic talent. They also left three sticks in the middle of the cake. Luckily no one choked on them or bit in to one. It was a total disappointment. Don’t buy any cake for a special occasion from this bakery or you will be severely disappointed.
We were not initially planning on having a wedding cake and ordered our wedding cake from Tiffany's Bakery with two weeks' notice. They were extremely accommodating and worked quickly to get a plan in place which other bakeries were unable to accomplish. The cake itself was equal parts stunning and delicious. It was easily the best wedding cake we had ever tasted. Their chocolate cake had a deep chocolate flavor with a moist crumb and a rich chocolate ganche (our request). We could not have been happier with it and highly recommend them. Their delivery and coordination with our florist was flawless.

Called to have a custom breakfast box made for a breavement and I was told they could not help me unless I went online. I was looking for assitance with a $500+ order and nothing. What a waste of time and bad recommendation. Found a competitor that not only was able to accomodate my order but waived the delivery fee.

I typically don't buy anything where there prices aren't listed but I decided to splurge after I saw their Neapolitan Shortcake . The prices turned out to be very reasonable and not shocking. The vanilla part of the cake was a little dry but I'd get it again. Very friendly customer service.
