I was disappointed with my food order and the customer service I received. I ordered the Spicy Chicken and didn’t want mayo. I added two bacon. The bacon was burnt black and broken up in pieces. Looked more like one bacon than two. The lettuce was the size of my two fingers and yes there was a little mayo on my tomato. When I asked about my order the cashier said yes that is what I get because she was not the one that made the order. I showed her the bacon and lettuce, her response was, they gave me three bacon not two. I said that it was burnt. Her response was, that what I get and she didn’t make the order.

Worst fast food experience after eating from here today. My son had to through away his fries, they were definitely days old, not edible, we were home by the time we realized this or I would have taken it back. Customer service was bad! My stomach has not recovered yet!

Whoever the girl is at the window at this very moment, black with curly weave in her head customer service is trash is the reason why I did not want to proceed with my order her greeting was horrible. I asked her hi how are you doing? One moment please and when I was ready to order, I said yes hello and her response was go head with yo order. After I kindly told her that’s how she talked to her customers I politely told her I’m OK … do better please!

I noticed that employees are not wearing serving gloves or hair nets. The cashier is taking money from customers & then going over to the food area to bag up food without washing or sanitizing her hands. The food was not that hot.

I have worked across the street from here for an entire year and ate here regularly for lunch, This is the worst fast food place I have ever dealt with, I would order my food through a mobile order so that way when I got over there my food would be done. I would order it 10 minutes ahead everyday, 95% of the time the food wasnt done and the other 5% was probably put out as soon as I ordered it and was cold. The employees would come to my work constantly and buy alcohol on there break so no wonder my food was always trash. Ive also been locked outside the establishment twice not being able to recieve my order and when I knocked on the door the employees looked at me and resumed normal business duties like I was imaginary. Everything here from the regular employees to the hiring manager need an overhaul. One of the employees came over and tried to get over on the cashier handing her $20 then arguing with her that he gave her $40 when we all seen he handed $20 which wasnt even enough to pay for his bottle. ALSO TO ADD ON I would order the same order ALMOST every time and somehow they would still mess the burger up give me a medium or small fry when I ordered large, and the thing I hated the most was I ordered a orange HI C everytime and ya know what I got 98% of the time Orange soda and I hated this so much I told the employees to give me a different hic or juice when I ordered which they knew my name and my face since they seen me everyday and still refused to fulfill my request but expect me to know what brand E&J they want when they come in.

I went for a chocolate Frosty. They had only peppermint. What's the world coming to when Wendy's doesn't have a chocolate Frosty?
We went through the drive thru for my cuzn. She said everything was hot and delicious. She asked if they put onion on the burger they said yes. However it was one ring in the middle of the burger lol.. it was her only complaint. The nuggets were hot and the food good. The guy taking the order sounded like he needed to go back to bed. But the pickup window was fine. Overall would go back.

First, I tried to tried to give them a chance BUT it looks like the reviews said it all. I ordered 20 piece nuggets and received 1 sauce. Large fries were only half full and cold. Burger was cold. They didnt give me napkins , ketchup or straws to go with my food and drink even though i asked numerous times. Complained to the staff and it fell on deaf ears. I agree with every bad review - horrific staff. Need a reboot for this wendy's.

Worst store ever!!! All the staff need to be fired and replaced. Ordered on Ubereats and no one wanted to make my order. The manager is disrespectful and rude!! Service is trash and you’ll be waiting for hours for your food!!! Throw this whole store away and start over . Can believe I ordered on ubereats and not once did they attempt to make my food!! They sent 4 drivers to pick up my food and it still wasn’t ready. I had to cancel because they decided to not make it instead of canceling it!!! This store is horrible not to mention I’m 7 months pregnant and starving. This store need to be shut door ASAP!!!!
