I called to order 6 wings and 2 peices of fish off of the online menu for $12.99. Was quoted a price of $17 and change. I was told that the prices have gone up several times since $12.99. Then the on line menu should have gone up several times also

I order buffalo wings and they were dry, like if they put a little sauce and placed one by one in the platter, shrimp was supposed to be jumbo they were med butterfly cut.

Used to be a nice place to get food from. Over the past year, the quality of food has become terrible. I am a long time customer and did not even complain about the extreme price increase after COVID. I do not recommend anyone buy anything from here. The management do not even care. They have no standard of accountability. The girls upfront are great…respectful, polite, and friendly.

How do you mess up chicken? When you cook it too long. The fries were too greasy and cooked too long. If you can't afford to give celery don't very small and wilted. I was very disappointed.

There was nowhere to sit, the soda fountain machine was out of orderThe restroom was out of order. That let me know that all they wanted was my money, without any convenience to me like sitting waiting for my food. The wings were okay, I happened on this place but it won't happen again.

I placed an order at 9pm on a Friday evening, was told to pick my order up at 9:30pm, once we arrived at 9:30 pm, the store was closed even though the operating hours states they close at 11pm on Friday’s. The wings are great, but what’s up with the incompetence? We saw that there were employees in the building, but no one answered the door or the phone.I love nothing more than to support Black-owned or Black-ran businesses, sad to say, but the experience gained with many Black ran establishments have been met with down-right incompetence. I gather these employees don’t care due to low wages, and or poor treatment of its employees. I won’t give up completely on the Wing Spot, but I will from this point on be very leary of them.

I like this place. They have a few good things on the menu that I can't find as easy anywhere else. Overall taste, not perfect but above average. Wings are really good. The staff is cool, respectful, and get the orders right. The store overall is clean and I don't see any red flags. Good eats for a on the go meal and cheap prices.

Disappointed!!- 30 wings used to be $24.99, Now 30 wings are $37.99! Online still reflects $24.99!!- Wing Spot used to toss wings in your choice of sauce! NO MORE... Now YOU have to toss ur own wings and sauce!!- Wing Spot used to include your sauce... you know with the toss!I ordered 30 wings, received 1 free sauce and was charged $.50 for each additional sauce!!While I understand everyone is looking for ways to cut cost and save money! I don't believe this is the best approach. But, I guess time will tell!! They did refund my money, but I personally Not pay for such an increase and still have to go home and prep dinner!!!!

The cashier is rude and so is the cook (the Puerto Rican rican cashier and the Mexican cook with the gold teeth ) I’m in here as we speak and I’m being told I can only order a sandwich the way they want me to order it the cook stated that his boss said he can’t use onions on a sandwich lol and when I said call him he said he gone make it the way I’m askin just this once smh I came in here two day in a row to horrible customer service and it’s sad because I like the food but the people that work here can be better and a lot better
