This might be the most annoying JJ's ever!! So 50% of the time they get it right (hence 3 stars) but the other 50% they epically fail. We've experienced everything from missing sandwiches, incorrect orders and our absolute favourite is when they're out of bread (that's my favourite "f" up). I no longer go to this location unless I'm out voted and desperate to feed my 4 boys. Good luck to you tho!
What's not to like about Jimmy John's? Delicious fresh food fast. And this location is great. A little hard to notice very far ahead of time on McKnight Road because of all the businesses there, but they even have a drive thru! If you are watching calories, try the Veggie!

Normally I don't have any issue but they made my sandwich with ingredients that I didn't order. They use a third party system for online orders and cannot fix any problem that may arise from.
