Sat outside for 15 mins waiting for the doors to open. Still locked at 611am and a blocked off drivethrough. Online and storefront door says open at 6am. Great service.

I think this McD's is severely understaffed. I've tried this location three times now and each time gets crappier than the previous one. The food is typical but the service is so slow. This last time I left the drive through - while they acknowledged my presence when I first pulled up, they said they'd be right back and 7 minutes went by before I left because no one ever came back. I don't have patience but maybe you do.

Yeah, this isn’t a great location. Food is mediocre, the drive through lane is very tight, and getting back into traffic when pulling out from the lot onto Penn can be tough. Also, the last time I was here, the guy that handed out my order to me hit on me and asked me for my phone number. Not that fast food experiences are ever great, but the one you get here is extra bad.

The woman working the drive through and possibly the manager were extremely rude. We forgot to add a small fry to the order and they acted like it was such an inconvenience. There wasn't even any behind us or inline inside. We didn't even get a receipt. Will never go back!

I do love McDonalds! They are cheap and the fries are awesome. Sometimes I go just for fries! This is a very friendly establishment. Would recommend it your stomach can handle the grease...

I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich for dinner. The sandwich was dry and burnt. Unfortubately, by the time I arrived to my destination is when I realized this. I tried to call the restaurant 3 times but the telephone just rang repeatedly. Sad this is what fast food has become...do better McDonalds...the "Best" hamburger food chain
My husband and his friend wanted a snack before dinner and this McDonald's was across the street from where we were staying. I have to say that this was the most disgusting and rude fast food experience ever. I know it's just a McDonald's but I still expect cleanliness and mutual respect. They closed the place early (except for drive thru) one eve because "they were under staffed". The next day the guys went inside and the place was filthy, the staff was EXTREMELY rude and the food was unacceptable. If I could leave no stars I would. Shame Shame
