I used to love the OG. I grew up going to the OG with my family. I thought maybe it was the location but this was the third location to try and all three locations are less exciting than a frozen TV dinner. When I asked the waitress if the raspberry tea was fresh, she responded with, "I think it was made likely in the morning." (Gag!) Worse, she didn't even ask if I wanted to change it to something else. The salad tasted old. I'm not going to eat something that you need to pick through to remove the bad pieces. It was also a good thing I ordered the tour of Italy bc the kids meal pizza and fries were burnt. Sure the manager took it off my bill, but your waitress served it to us. Gee thanks! My children are not asking to return to the OG.

The entree was very good as usual, as was the salad but they have made a change to their famous bread sticks which is very disappointing. They no longer have the delicious crust on the outside. The whole thing is very soft and the taste is just not the same. The bread sticks were always a favorite of everyone and I hope they reconsider and bring the originals back.

Must be the location (Robinson)....the food was horrible!! My lasagne was dry and tasteless. And such a small piece. Not worth the money. The gnocchi soup was so, so salty!!!

Sat at the bar for dinner, service was less than mediocre. Ordered the all you can eat soup and salad; one soup the zuppa tuscona was basically water with overly size potatoes and boiled sausage, it was the worse soup I've ever had.

Excellent vibe, and fresh food. Our server, Ash. went above and beyond. She never had empty hands, came to tables with food/drinks and left with dishes. Did her two bite check in and even caught refills from other tables smoothly. Truly, high efficient server. Definitely, will be hoping to get her again next time. Thank you. (Now if the manager(s) can clean up the walls it would be super for the cleanliness of the restaurant)

I was disappointed with my good. The salad had tons of red onion! When I say tons, I mean when I pulled it all out, it looked like it was a side dish!Then I ordered the garlic shrimp spaghetti! The shrimp tasted good, like they cooked it in garlic and olive oil. The pasta was dry!!! I thought maybe the sauce had gone to the bottom of my plate, so I mixed it up. ? still dry. Our server was attentive until she dropped off our food. By the time I got her attention, my dining companion had finished his meal! It was an additional 10 minutes before she brought out sauce for me to put on. The sauce congealed when put on my ice-cold pasta! When I complained about that, she apologized and walked away. The restaurant manager never came to our table either. This was a Tuesday about 1 pm, so they were not busy!! Between the"chef" and the server, their combined mistakes made my experience below par for that restaurant.
