This is the single worst Taco Bell I’ve ever had the displeasure of ordering from. It’s never guaranteed that you’re going to get all the items you ordered, and if you do, the quality is mediocre at best. I know Taco Bell isn’t exactly fine dining, but there’s a bare minimum that this location doesn’t always meet. Ordered a grilled chicken burrito this evening and it’s half-cooked with only a couple pieces of meat inside. Unfortunately this location is what DoorDash defaults to. Wish it would come from the one on Cochran instead.

I’m just gonna say that I’ve lived over here for two years and Taco Bell has been amazing I eat there frequently and never have any of the issues mentioned my food is always hot and correct the young man who works the drive through is always very nice and food comes out

What happened to this place? This used to be one of the friendliest and best run Taco Bells around but I see things have changed drastically. I placed an order online and arrived for pick up about 10 minutes later. There were 4 or 5 people in the back but no one was interacting the customers out front. Three people were waiting for orders besides myself, two were delivery drivers and all were clearly frustrated with the wait. I ended up waiting an additional 30 minutes for my food. I know places get busy and there can be delays for what ever reason, but the lack of caring or even attempt to interact or update us was unacceptable. The front of the store was filthy with overflowing trash and items at the drink fountain not stocked. As much as I love the food I will not be returning. It looks like the store was just remodeled but that's not going to help your business with that kind of service. Also, by the number of horrible reviews it does not appear that management or corporate care in the least to address any concerns.

HORRIBLE EVERYTIME it’s more and more messed up. Got no nachos and just cheese on a tortilla for my chicken quesadilla after i ordered and paid they said out of chicken i said steaks fine then and this is what i gotNO NACHOSSOGGY TACOCHEESE ON TORTILLANO CHICKENPLACE IS TRASH - and these people just do watever they want- I’ll never be back ruined it one too many times for me . Last three visits something’s been majorly wrong .$15 wasted smh
