This place had gotten much better. My order is always correct and neatly made. I'm not sure if management has changed or personel but a great improvement in accuracy and efficiency over the last year.

Went there 1-16-2023 and ordered a Mexican pizza and an order of cinnamon twists to go. The Mexican pizza had an unusual aftertaste. I ate 3/4 of it. Then, I tried the twists. HORRIBLE! Some kind of chemical taste. I couldn't get it out of my mouth. I asked my GF to try and she promptly spit it out. What kind of garbage are they serving? They can't hire enough people and moronsxare working in the kitchen. I won't be back.

Just got the 12 taco box I asked for half hard half soft. They gave me all hard and there is barely any meat on the tacos a couple of the hard tacos were so broken you couldn’t even hold

After a 5 hour trip this was the only open restaurant around 10pm in this area but they served me raw food. I was surprised to see how fast the food was ready. Now I know why. The most professional staff and cleanest store in Pittsburgh.I am an UBER Eats driver and the way the communicated with me while they were making my delivery’s orders was top tier.They take pride in the cleanliness of their store as well.This interaction was the best in PITTSBURGH and on par with what you are used to at a Chick fil A.

This used to be one of the best ones around, but in the last 2 weeks I went thru the drive thru twice. Both times the order was wrong, the second time I repeated the order to the man working the drive thru and he said he would correct it. When I got to the window they still didn't have it right, a female corrected it after I called attention to it, when I got home to eat the order was still not right. Asked for no sauce and everything had extra sauce! Will no longer be coming to this store until they get someone that can take orders correct and not double or give less than what was ordered.
It felt short staffed, although pleasant... the food was normal...?

They only had 2 employees on a friday night and i was told it would take 20 minutes for my mobile order. Maybe if management could schedule people correctly and screw over employees and customers, the location would work out better. I ordered maybe 10 minutes before i arrived and only got to the window after 25 minutes. stop being cheap, taco bell
