Friendly staff went over and above to make sure the pizza was exactly the way I wanted. It turned out to honestly be the best pizza I have ever had. Keep up the great work!!!

Just ordered delivery specific instructions for extra packets of cheese and red pepper flakes RECEIVED NONE! called and asked why Oh must have been delivery pickup DIDNT read instruction how hard is placing extras ordered in a bag on top of pizza Own up to responsibility don’t pass the buck to delivery person PATHETIC extras helps taste for me since no seasoning like salt and pepper on food will not order again

They are fast convenient and have decent pizza. The phone ordering leaves something to be desired. Way too many questions about adding things to your order. Felt like I was having the menu suggested to me.

order was wrong and realizing mistakes happen, we called the store to have it taken care of. however we were told that there would be another delivery charge or we could come and pickup the balance of the order. from there things went down hill, next it was suggested that the doordash driver may have been hungry and taken it for themself. after asking to speak to the manager, who told me he had car trouble and listening to all the reasons it wasn't Pizza Hut's responsibility to make this right. the young lady on the phone made the delivery. from initial order time to second delivery was well over an hour. Just maybe this why there is never any cars in the parking lot.

Pizza is great chicken alfredo not so good had no chicken in the chicken alfredo had me upset ?? my cheese sticks where hard did not like them at all.Vegetarian options: Great option for vegetarian.

Horrible evening manager had a hissy fit at me because her staff didn't read the request for the pizza to be well done. The new pizza is so so. The breadsticks are fair.

We dined inside, and everything was good. The pizza came out in a timely manner, it was hot, cooked perfect.

Came in to eat with my family, we sat down, Ashland, our waitress did her best. However, we waited over an hour for our pizza, we got everything else, we finally had to leave. Was told it was because there's only one cook, manager came out to remove our pizza from the bill, not a word from her. So, we left with a hungry toddler. So, we won't be back.

Internet said Pizza Hut is having a BOGO promotion today only, so i called the Shippensburg store only to be told that it wasn't available "at this location." Seems like Shippensburg always ends up second-rate.
