Nice little place with great food and an amazing historic atmosphere. Extremely friendly staff that provide you with quick fun facts about the establishment.Aside from the mozzarella sticks that are really eggrolls, the food was fantastic, as well as the cocktails!Overall highly recommend!

We often have to travel well outside of Schuylkill County for a good restaurant as this area is chock full of mediocrity at best. So me and my wife were PLEASANTLY surprised when we decided to give The Station a try. From the moment we walked through the door, we were inundated by the hostess about the building’s rich history. The building restoration is gorgeous. Never allowing the senses to get comfortable as there is always something new to see & read all over the restaurant. From its historic photos, to its incredible decor, and architecture. Our waitress was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, with just enough playfulness to not come across as robotic. The entire staff seemed to be enjoying what they were doing.Let me just say that we travel, a lot. To places all over the world. From Hawaii to The Dominican Republic, Virgin Islands and every state in between, and our tastebuds are on the adventurous side. Always looking for something unique, especially since we are fitness fanatics who get to eat one “cheat meal” per week. We’re extremely particular about that one meal per week and we take it very seriously. The Station did NOT disappoint!!! We left full, satisfied, and enjoyed every aspect of our huge meal. From the soups, and appetizers, to the main course, the expertly crafted cocktails , and finally dessert. It was all delicious! It’s nice to have something so close that we can trust to return to for our weekly pig-out. The dining was an experience, from the moment we arrived, until we left.Even though I give the place 5 stars, the only small, tiny, and minute thing I could pick out that could use a bit of improvement was the presentation on the meal. But that did not in any way take away from this great experience.

Absolutely amazing what they did to restore that building. I remember the shape it was in 30 years ago and it looks incredible now! As for the food, it was delicious. At my table we had crab topped haddock, chicken Parmesan, filet mignon Oscar, prime rib, and a burger. The only thing I didn't try was the burger but it looked awesome as well. Many of the desert items were homemade and equally fantastic. All of this reasonably priced, too. Will definitely go back again.

I only had something small with my buddy… the French onion soup. It was amazing actually!Main pull for me to go in was being a historical location and I love walking in these sites.

Had lunch here after the burial of my parents over at St. Jerome’s. Staff were super attentive and friendly, food was delish (yum for the grilled meatloaf). Perfect atmosphere to decompress a little and have great conversation with family.

Must say unapologetically that I will spend this entire review ecstatically raving about every part of our experience here! From the moment we parked, I knew my lady and I had stumbled upon something special! This historic railroad station was beautifully and meticulously restored, and the same attention was given to every part of our meal. The atmosphere is charming, and our watress Suzanne was stellar. The staff goes out of their way to give you the best dining experience. It's definitely an afternoon we will remember! To start, I had the French onion, which was so flavorful and dynamic. My entrée was the crabcake sandwich. Hands down the best iteration of a crabcake sandwich I've ever had!Desert was a slice of lemon marscopone, which shocked me with how refreshing the balance was between tart and creamy!Finished up with an amazing cup of coffee sourced from a local roastery.

Absolutely fantastic food and absolutely fantastic service. The staff was so nice to me and my child, truley exceptional. We had a phenomenal experience and can't wait to be back.I had the Oscar filet mignon which was fantastic. And my mom had the mushroom and Swiss Burger. Which she said is the best Burger she's had in a long long time. I also had french onion soup which was excellent. My son loved his grilled cheese. The sorbet was amazing. Absolutely everything was fantastic.A hidden gem.????

Work luncheon. Low carb selection that works within keto plan along with a diverse selection.A large selection of deserts. We asked about history, and the greeter was a wealth of interesting knowledge of the train station and practices of the past. There were "maids" to assist with all those petticoat layers worn at that time. The server was friendly and all our meals were accurate.
