my sandwich wasn't toasted at all like it's supposed to be. It wasn't busy and the 3 workers were just laughing have a good old time. Wouldn't mind if my order was correct. 3rd time going here with issues. Won't be going back.

I love Panera but it does get expensive with 3 kids. I have their rewards thing and sometimes that helps. I have been using my credit card reward points to get gift cards. I feel fancy and healthy when I eat there. When I order for pick up , they are always on time.

Extremely disappointed. Mac and cheese was COLD with the pasta being UNDERCOOKED. Spicy chicken sandwhich had NO BUFFALO sauce on it. Chipotle chicken AVOCADO melt had a very small amount of chicken and a SLIVER of a single slice of avocado. Unacceptable for a take out order since we couldn't do anything about it once home. Not even worth the drive back to the restaurant (less than 10 minutes).
This Panera is awful. You wait AT LEAST 20 minutes in the drive-thru no matter what you order, & they ALWAYS mess up orders. I can’t even count on 2 hands how many times they’ve messed up my order. They’re also always out of ingredients ??? Idk if there’s no management at this location or what, but this Panera is legitimately terrible.

Wanted to stop in for lunch to go and try their new pepperoni baguette. What a disappointment. There was one thin not thick layer of pepperoni, and some cheese. Not at all like they advertise, and the meat to bread ratio was way off. The baguette was good. For the price I paid, it turned me against Panera Bread. Will not ho back.

I see a lot of people with good reviews about Panera Bread food, and this is what my company orders when they entertain guests. There are always leftovers that get shared. It is sincerely appreciated, but this isn't my kind of food and I've probably tried every sandwich Panera Bread makes and being nice, let's just say I haven't liked anything I've tried and this will be the last time I ever try anything else from here.
