Was given attitude for their mistake. Asked for two different drinks and they combined it into one. We addressed the issue and they made the missing drink. Then proceeded to try and make us pay after we already did. The girl was extremely rude about it and continued to say the same thing. Will not recommend nor go to this Dunkin again.

Really pleasant women at the driveup window (cute lady with tattoos) was super pleasant and made my wife and I feel like she actually wanted us there! Our fur babies were even treated special. Should give her a raise! As always, coffee was good, but hot chocolate was weak.

Went through the drive through, the guy didn’t even speak to me and was not friendly. Whoever made my food burned my croissant, I know there is a croissant setting to toast the breads. Whoever made it was being lazy. Giving 2 stars only because the manager who handed me my cold brew was nice, otherwise it’d be a 1.

The last two times that I have gone to Duncan at this location, I have been highly disappointed and frustrated. I always order a caramel mochiata. I ask them to make it with coconut milk. This time I got all coconut milk, little or no coffee. Last time I didn't get any caramel. That means that I have spent over ten dollars on coffee, that I was unable to drink. I won't be going back.

Well my loyalty card got hacked. Called Dunkin and they said I have to take it up with my credit card company. So not only was all my credit card information stolen, but also $40 of my Dunkin reload. All they said was “sorry for the inconvenience.” So I lost $40 and have to change all credit card information all over getting mealy rewards. I’ve had my loyalty card for 5+ years. And customer service hung up on me when trying to sort this out. You’ve lost a customer for life.
