My son and I both had the filet and lobster at around 11:30 am on Tuesday. I love Outback but the food was barely edible on this trip. Coconut shrimp was burnt. My filet was prepared correctly to medium rare and looked great but it was tough. How can filet mignon be tough? Poor quality meat or not really the filet? My lobster looked wonderful but it was soft and tasted about a day away from spoiled. First time I've ever left lobster on my plate. My son's soup was cold. Baked potato, salad and asparagus were all okay. Service was great. The meal was $103 and we left more on our plates than we ate. If this had been my first experience at Outback I'd never go back. So disappointing!

It was my first time going there. The staff was extremely nice and attentive. We didn't need anything our waitress was on top of everything. The food was absolutely delicious. My steak was done exactly the way I wanted it, not to many places get it right but it was spot on. We got the fries appetizer and the sauce that came with it was so good. I would definitely recommend going to Outback Steakhouse. I can't wait until I go back there.

Food was awful nothing was like it was supposed to be. Mac and cheese bites were bland. Steaks were way undercooked for what was requested baked potatos was hard some food didn't show up and waiter had to hunt it down. Awful

My family and I went to the Washington location last night for dinner and it was awful. The blooming onion was cooked in old oil it was so dark and the taste was awful. The potatoe soup looked like dirty dish water color, it was grey! The steaks overcooked, the burger had the blooming onion on it terrible. The amount of money we paid and left hungry NEVER again!!! I should of known when the restaurant was dead and tables dirty! Employees were smoking out the back door with the door propped opened.

Bloomin onion was overdone. Salads arrived too soon after apps then meals arrived 5 minutes after salads. Salad was wrong so they replaced it. Steaks were undercooked—expected medium but they were dark red in the middle. They offered to cook them longer. Burger was supposed to be well done but it was medium rare. Overall disappointing visit.
