Under and overcooked food, inability to accommodate over 10 people, management is extremely patronizing albeit helpful in reimbursement. The food has to be remade several times and seating remained split up. The only redeemable qualities lie with the host/hostess and server services. They were extremely calm and handled our issues with professionalism, and got tipped handsomely for it.

Best we'll done steak in years. Hard to get just right. Not burnt. But no pink. Everywhere else, i usually have to send it back and watch everyone eat without me. Both of ours were perfect and amazing. The cook, waitress and manager made it even better with taking the time to smile with me.
This is the second time I have ordered food through takeout at the Washington PA Texas roadhouse. Last time we ordered I ordered a New York strip steak, and I received a ribeye. This time I ordered a prime rib which really you cannot screw those up. But yet they found a way to do it. The cut of meat I had was dry and overcooked perhaps was meant to be served yesterday. It seems like this location does not care about the people who get their orders via take out, my experience inside the restaurant has been good, but if you're ordering takeout from this place don't bother because I will never order from them again. Honestly the prime rib tasted like pot roast and if I wanted pot roast I would go down in my basement and get a Stouffer's pot roast dinner out of the freezer.Update: Overnight I got incredibly sick rifting all night long on the food I ate.

We just left there spent almost 200 on steaks and ribs that were burnt!! I mean black. The 20 Oz rib eye should have never looked and tasted like that 30 bucks for a burnt piece of meat...

I think that this place is not the best but the Rolls are good but the steak is over cooked and chewyAnd some parts is hard and the cactus blossom was not cooked all the way and the food was cold and it was just terrible but the server was so nice her name is Amaya she was just so nice and amazing but the rest was just a bad experience for our family and

This has been the worst Texas Roadhouse experience I’ve ever had. I was from out of town and had never been to this location. They couldn’t seat us, we had 11 people.Brought a raw uncooked blooming onion twice. The managers and the staff have no clue what they are doing.I would not recommend anyone to go this location.
They forgot to add utensils. I requested utensils for my to go order. Now I am back to my hotel which is 10 minutes away and didn't find any utensils for me and my kids to eat our meals.plus my chili beans didn't have onions and saltine crackers despite of I asked for onions and saltine crackers.
