The food is pure Mexican and very delicious. The service is pretty good. Their sauce that came with chips is very delicious and has a good amount of hotness.. super tasty

Wellsboro is so lucky to have this gem of a restaurant in town. I was pleasantly surprised to find a Mexican restaurant offering authentic flavors. It's not easily found in rural Pennsylvania. The tacos de lengua were the absolute best, but my partner and I enjoyed all of them so much! The meat was seasoned perfectly and everything was so flavorful. The salsas were super delicious. Everything was gery reasonably priced as well. We live an hour away and decided we will make this our monthly date spot. I can't wait to come back!

Excellent food! Tried chicken Medias combo with corn tortillas and Horchata drink. Both are amazing!!!!

We had a huge dinner and tried several other items also, chicken fajitas, chimichanga, fried ice cream etc. All are good and the price is reasonable. Armando did great service!

My family n I were traveling through and the place looked interesting. Very nice decor, friendly service and people. The food was served quickly and the portions were good size. Flavor was on point. Definitely going to stop again in the future.

This is a family operation, not a remote ownership deal. You can tell when the children are setting the table. There are neat little touches like the business emblem on the chair backs and the pouch in which the silverware arrives. Presentation extends to the plate. The food is a high standard. You will be pleased with flavors and textures.
There is a trend where some of the finest Mexican food I have enjoyed is found in places that don't fit the stereotype. Like Wellsboro PA. We were in town for 5 days and were not disappointed anywhere we went, but only two inspired me to write a review. This is a good value, and a great place to start your discovery.

We went to Wellsboro on a quick vacation and ran into this place. We got three appetizers, bean dip, guacamole dip and a quesadilla with ground beef in it. The food was absolutely amazing. We have never been here and barely read the reviews, but we love Mexican food so we decided to give it a try. This place well exceeded any expectations we could dream up. Would definitely go back and of course would bring and recommend our family and friends to give this place a try.

Best Mexican food since moving to the Northeast from Texas 11 years ago!!! Refried beans had a great texture and flavor. Barbacoa, carnitas were great meat choices.

Loved that this was a family resteraunt and there’s kids were here. There was young girl who was hostess and she was absolutely fantastic. She checked numerous times if we needed drinks.
Would deff come back again.
It’s the best Mexican food I’ve ever had.

The food is absolutely delicious! Their birria tacos and molcajete are so damn good 🙌. The new setup has some kinks to workout but it's really not a big deal. It's just because ordering at the bar is brand new to them and the staff so it will take them a little bit to get used to the flow of things. They do their best and the staff is friendly. When I order my grilled chicken there are times I ask for no oil added and they are kind enough to do that for me. The owners are great people and they are very much loved members of our community. This family owned restaurant is just another example of a great family owned small business in this beautiful little town of ours 😊

A little Mexican restaurant which carries all the traditional things you would expect them to have on the menu. They recently added a bar area. I have been there twice over the past couple months and I just never feel comfortable in there. I don’t know if it’s the fluorescent lighting, but it just feels awkward like I would not describe this as a cozy place at all but for some, I guess that’s OK but it just doesn’t have the right vibe. To be clear, I support them wholeheartedly as I support all local businesses, but I just think they could do some things to make it feel less Taco Bell like.
