Taco Bell is a hit or miss! Everyone knows that, depending on what you ordered! It's all good with them! I'll still go back unless I get horrible customer service and really really bad food!

Ordered delivery through the app, somehow the order was cancelled, so I called, they couldn’t see my order. I tried again without issue and was surprised by extra goodies for my inconvenience. This restaurant has great people working there, reward the person responsible for the great service! Order was4/4/24 @ 6:42pm
They r so slow in making food, they don't care if someone is waiting or whatsoever. Their is a lady she is smoking cigarettes outside casually and doesn't care how long the line of customer is. Customer are turning away after waiting bcoz nobody is their to take their order.

We always get food here late at night when nothing else is open, and it’s always great! Specifically the one guy who works the drive through at night, I can’t remember his name for the life of me but I know it starts with a Z! Either way, he’s always so pleasant and always makes sure our orders are correct. He’s great and definitely deserves a raise!

Tonight I waited almost 10 mins for a grilled cheese deluxe craving box and was real disappointed at the portion z I received ... I paid almost 11 dollars for kids happy meal ,... Poor staff

I guess they had a worker shortage. The drive-thru was long and not moving so I go inside and immediately I think to myself, this wont be any better.I had a App order for 2 of the new Crispanadas so I was just picking up.There were customers inside asking for refunds. After I had been standing there 10 minutes another lady said it's been 45 minutes and she still only had part of her order. She ended up just leaving, not geta refund or anything?????I wont get into it because I understand how things can go but everyone was frustrated from the staff to the customers. I heard the manager tell one of the customers as she was giving her a refund, she was sorry and that no one wants to work.I did wait 20 minutes after I got inside. My wife, who was still outside waiting, texted me and said she was surprised I waited that long.I felt I had already given them 20 minutes of my life, it may as well be for something.When I finally got back to the car and told my wife, she said they should have closed the inside and just did drive-thru. I think that would have actually made the most sense.Food was good but the wait was horrible.......but I can understand.
I've ordered takeout here on three separate occasions, and each time it has take 30-45 minutes to get an order of 1-2 items. Most recently, it took 45 minutes to get a cravings box, at which point the food came out cold with missing items.

they charged my card for the wrong me tried to tell me I paid less without giving me the receipt I asked for it and they finally gave it than lied saying I was only paying 4 dollars than lied again about me paying less because what I bought was supposed to be 10.15 they charged me 11.70 now I didn't really care about charging me more but what I did care about was being lied to multiple times by three different people if you mess up you mess up don't lie to me
