I ordered an affogato for myself and a batch brew coffee for my husband. I absolutely loved my drink and the vibe in this coffee shop. It was warm and welcoming but also chic and industrial. The worker was so kind when I asked what an affogato was, and was friendly! My husband didn't love his coffee, but I think it just needed more sugar honestly. We were looking for an alternative for Starbucks and it seems like we found somewhere better. They also have coffee to purchase as well as coffee making supplies. We will definitely be back! I'd recommend popping in and trying a drink or two.Dietary restrictions: Milk free options available

Love love love this coffee spot in Williamsport. Our time in this city was short but while we were here this shop was so homey and restful. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and it’s just the type of place you want to hang out at.

Such a great coffee shop. If you’re looking for good coffee and a laid back coffee shop vibe, then Alabaster is it. You can tell they take pride in what they do by how friendly they are and how they present their lattes and coffee products. My wife and I stopped here on our way to the Riverwalk on a cold and blustery morning and bought two latte specials, a Nutella latte and a gingerbread latte. Both were delicious and didn’t last long. My dad lives in Montoursville and we make it a point to visit here every time we are in town. I wasn’t in need of any beans after Christmas, but I would have bought some of theirs if I did.

Aside from waiting 45 minutes for what was allegedly a 15 minute wait, The beverage ordered was a Cappuccino. It was barely warm, not at all creamy and tasted burnt. In my opinion this place is overpriced and they have no clue how to make or serve a cappuccino. Their overall service was deplorable.

Pretty good coffee. Don't go here expecting to get food, though. It's not that kind of place. They have a variety of coffees and teas, but only a few pastries.A quiet enough place to sit and drink. Free wifi.Parking: In the heart of downtown Williamsport, where parking is easy to find if you want to pay for it, but free parking is hard to find.

Great coffee! Had a good selection of baked goods. If you want something more like a breakfast sandwich you could get coffee to go.There were tables and chairs across the street which was nice since we had our pup with us.

Alabasters was like a second home to my friends and I during college. The baristas were also so welcoming and were great to chat to as you sat up at the bar. It's a great place to do work, meet new people and overall take a breather in this hectic world. I miss this place dearly, but I visit when I'm in the area.I highly recommend the caramel Affagato!

The drinks are good. The coffee beans out for purchase are old. I was surprised seeing that this place is a micro brewery. Anything past two weeks should be trashed or grinder and used for plant fertilizer. 1 week is a good time for the bean. Should be drank before second week when it starts to lose its complexity. The lattes are incredible and 10 times better than the famous frothy monkey in Nashville.

Welcoming storefront with delicious coffee. We got a couple of coffees and walked the streets of Williamsport on a Wednesday morning in June. Great coffee, beautiful city.
