workers deadass ignore you as soon as you walk in the door, you can stand in front of the register, looking at them and they’re all too busy talking to each other to look up and realize you’re there. it was obvious the conversations and actions weren’t work related.more importantly, staff was so disorganized it was impossible to tell who was running register / supposed to wait the counter. id be embarrassed to be a member of management at this place.

Expedient and efficient location. Learned they don't make donuts anymore! Which is sad because seeing them in the case was easier to make a choice.

We went through the drive through with a mobile order and for some reason one of our coffees didn’t get added to the order. When we got to the window and there was no coffee that came out we asked what happened they said there was no coffee on the order. We said oh ok could we just buy it now please, they proceeded to tell us that they can’t check us out at the window and we would have to go all the way back around and wait in line again to order through the speaker. Not at the window (not sure why that’s any different) they said that it was company wide policy. we questioned why we couldn’t just do it there when we’ve had to do it before and it wasn’t an issue at other Dunkin’s. The lady working the window rolled her eyes and went to get the manager. The manager came back to the window yelling that we needed to leave and come inside if we wanted to order anything. I would not go to this Dunkin.

I sat in front of the order box without anyone communicating with me. I had already placed the order on my phone so I went up to the window and told them I had an order. She gave me a very sarcastic comment and said I had "to confirm my order back at the box". Upon telling her I already had stopped back there without anyone waiting on me, she again, very sarcastically said "well I don't know". So I drove around the whole dunkin again to go through and finally got to the window in which I heard all three of them laughing. Which yeah, may not have been directed at me but it was extremely unprofessional.
