Excelent as always. When I go to Barcelos it is an essential stop, the food and the atmosphere of the place make you see what an ordinary day in the area is like. You have to go with an appetite by the way, the quantities are very generous, but leave room for dessert.

Daily service (menu varies daily):Bread, main course and coffee.I paid for the drink separately! Still, good prices!Traditional food, well prepared!Very large and well-situated terrace (next to the field where the Barcelos fair is held - Campo da República), although it is disadvantaged by "Nature".Still, I recommend it.Fast, friendly service and an atmosphere that suggests both tourism and a work break for lunch.I recommend!

I have eaten in this restaurant every year, during the August holidays on market days, since I was little, and it is always the same owner.So, who says August and market day, also says a lot of people, noise, and that is part of folklore.The cuisine is traditional, rather hearty at reasonable prices.It's an institution in Bercelos, and I always look forward to going back.

I went a little after lunch time, but the service was still quick and the food came quickly too.Very good food, I ate the octopus à lagareiro, it was great.The service was excellent, from start to finish. Very friendly employees.
