We chose this restaurant because it offered local specialties. We have adored ! Very professional and fast service, the dishes were plentiful and well presented! A big thank you to our server who was extremely patient in guiding us as best as possible in our choice.

Very bad experience.
Very slow service, little efficiency.
I asked for beef beef and they sold me a piece of beef with pork, I complained, but the waiter insisted that it was beef.
Anyway, too bad, never again.

The worst pasta bolognese I have ever eaten and the rissoto carbonara is not far behind!It has a horrible sauce, the meat I don't know what type it is because it was horribleIn short, I highly recommend this place!!!

Sincerely, bad manners.For me there would be no bitoque but for someone else it was suggested.Another unpleasant and disgusting attitude was someone preparing the dish and another sweeping up next to it.Delivery of the dish made by the same person who was sweeping without washing their hands.A place I won't dine again.Not to mention the food was horrible, dry chicken, cold potatoes, dry rice, and finally flavorless beans.

The guide's chicken is very tasty, whenever we go to Coimbra, we order the chicken, as it is very crispy.It's a good idea to arrive early, as it gets busy to eat in the dining room. ?

We arrived at the restaurant and waited around 15 minutes to receive menus and 20 minutes to receive bread and olives, an amount of time that would be acceptable if the restaurant was full, something it wasn't as there were only two tables that had just arrived.We ordered a portion of chicken and a portion of beef with extra accompaniments of rice, egg and black beans, supposedly the dishes would come with a portion of potatoes each, which were replaced by the “medium” dish of potatoes, which it brought the same quantity as the supposed individual dish.The chicken, which cost the “modest” sum of 17.90 was tiny to the point of ridiculousness.The beef Bitoque was extremely dry which made the entire cutting process an arduous task!

Horrible food, terrible service. Cold food, very tough meat. Request for an extra dish for the baby that never arrived, the bread was frozen in the middle, hair on the plate, lack of interest and lack of professionalism on the part of the employees. Unfortunately we had a bad experience, we had a lot of time to be served and we saw people arriving later and being served first, plus a bit of time waiting for food which was in no way worth it, the francesinha isn't worth it. In the end we found it expensive for the food it was, as for the slow service although the gentleman was friendly and apologized for the delay, they should have invested more in people in a full room with a queue and only two working
