I placed an order for 2 family pizzas for the price of one for home delivery. I was not informed that this promotion was only available for collection in store. The employee invoiced the promotion for 2 medium pizzas for the price of one and that was the delivery made. It was only after the courier left that I realized that the pizzas were average and unfamiliar.I contacted the store and was assisted by the employee Fátima Jesus Gromicho who told me that “there is not much to do” and that if I wanted to order the family pizzas I would have to pick them up at the store and pay the difference in value, and that The colleague should have said that in the first instance.He even asked me if it was my first time placing this order and if I didn't already know it worked this way. As if it were my obligation to know the promotions, standards or rules of the establishment.Then I said that if I still wanted to order family pizzas, I would have to go to the store because they didn't deliver and that I would have to return the medium pizzas.I was able to agree that they would be delivered to my home, as I was not to blame for the error made by the employee who had previously fulfilled my order.In the end, he told me that I would still have to pay a new delivery fee, once again making me responsible for the error for which I was absolutely not to blame.When I asked, he told me that there was nothing to do because when the order is placed in the system, there is automatically a delivery fee.In the end I still lost out and instead of being rewarded, I ended up being harmed and more than an hour and a half late for the correct order.Not to mention the attitude of your collaborator Fátima, who in no way tried to facilitate or help.
