This King of Chickens used to be very good, however the quality of service is a disgrace.We arrived around 2 pm, the store was full of customers waiting for chicken, it was notable from our experience that this new team doesn't care about the customer and that waiting for food is normal behavior.The workers have no sense of urgency or professional appearance, the common sense of adding more food doesn't exist because the lady at the cashier had to go to the grill and tell them to add more chicken.This is a takeaway establishment, if it's going to take more than 10 minutes, it's better to put tables and chairs and serve coffee, because this type of customer treatment is shameful.
