After carrying out a levada in the area we went to have breakfast and gain strength.
A bar with a cozy atmosphere and where you can see photos from the time of the construction of the levadas.
They treated us wonderfully, very kind and friendly staff.

Don't ask for bread and soup, we give it to the dog and pig at home that they bring out. The tire fish with banana is good though. Although that noble fish is pulled out in beer batter like the hake on Lake Balaton, the passion fruit sauce with the fried banana is very fine. But the stewed vegetables are a disaster all over the island.
