It took them 1 hour to give us the letter and we had to leave. There were people who had been waiting for their food for 2 hours.

Experience not to be repeated. We were 7 friends having dinner and when we got to dessert we were offered a dessert board (carago board) and we accepted. What was our surprise when they charged us €70 for half a dozen desserts. We had already paid when we realized the situation and questioned the amount. We asked to see the price of the board on the list and it was nowhere to be found. The manager then added up the value of the desserts that made up the board and came to €46. We asked for a refund of the rest of the amount and it was denied despite them claiming it was a mistake on their part. However, many things were said by the employees, even in a threatening tone. They tried to "buy" us with a sangria or champagne but we didn't agree. We called the police (while they told us that the police were known to them and that it would take hours for them to arrive and it wouldn't do any good). We wrote it down in the complaints book (they even refused to lend us a pen). This turned out to be not a question of money but rather of attitude. I definitely don't recommend it to anyone!

So.....painfully..... slow...... 15 minutes to get a drinks menu, 10 more minutes to get served... drinks came fine but waited another 20 minutes to pay the bill after request. And the waiter looked disgruntled I asked twice to remind him. Nice location let down by the staff.... avoid!

Terrible, chaotic and disorganised service, the ice cream tasted like plastic, the girl didn’t even speak a word in english and everything was very confusing. additionally in the menu, prices are handwritten (poorly) and i ordered an ice cream and when the girl gave us the bill it was a different price than what i understood at the beginning
