The €12 to €15 payable for a dish that is made with natural ingredients, worked in the store itself, is fair, but it is not appropriate for the size of the dish. I think it should be reviewed. The atmosphere is that of a shopping mall, which is irritating to me. It wasn't in Arrábida, because if it were I would give it a 5, as the store is spectacular.

Butcher's Burger at GaiaShopping Excessively expensive for what they present (tiny burger and not even a drink included). As if that weren't enough, the service is poor. I strongly advise against it! No wonder it usually has few customers.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the experience I had at the Talho Burguer restaurant located in Gaia Shopping last night, June 17, 2024, around 10:00 pm.
My wife and I went to dinner at the establishment and ordered two Bacon Cheese Burgers. We were attended to by a young man, whose name was not given. To our surprise and displeasure, the burgers were served with raw meat.
This failure in food preparation resulted in a serious health problem for us. The next day, both my wife and I suffered from stomach pains and vomiting, which were clearly a direct consequence of eating the inadequately cooked meat.
I request that measures be taken to prevent situations like this from occurring again. The quality of food and the health of customers must be unquestionable priorities for any food establishment.

I frequent Talho Burguer do Mar shopping mall a lot and have never had any type of problem or complaint! This Sunday afternoon I decided to go to Talho Burguer do Gaia and honestly I don't think I've ever been treated so poorly as I was here! When I got there, there were 3 employees talking, super amused, when the cashier saw that I was there to be served, he immediately looked in a bad mood, started arranging the coins and everything else (he had probably already closed the box), I placed my order and he didn't even bother to ask what I wanted the burger for (something they always ask), he didn't ask what type of accompaniment I wanted since there are regular fries, sweet fries or salad and to improve all this service without asking me and without me mentioning what the payment method would be, he pointed out the ATM with the amount for me to pay! Finally, he gave me my receipt and a device to collect my order when it was ready! I was at a table relatively close by and after a while I saw that my order was ready on the counter but there was no sign of the device to pick it up! I happened to see it and asked my boyfriend to go get it because if I was at a table with no view of the store I would probably eat everything cold! I was really sad and upset, but for the cashier it was another normal day because the conversation and laughter with his colleagues returned!
