Cold plate, warm house specialty potato, warm and cold omelette. Disappointing for a restaurant specializing in lunches.

Sunday September 8, 7 people… very pleasant and smiling waitress. Very long service. Food a disaster: greasy and tasteless cubed potatoes, uncooked bacon, thick and bland Hollandaise sauce, very very dry, cold pan. The prices are excessive, you have to ask for jam on the toast and fake syrup on the pancakes otherwise they don't serve it, small pot of real syrup $4, small flutes of smoothie $8. Sad... bad adventure this morning ?. Hello my Coco.. this is definitely not a restaurant we will return to.

We arrived, the restaurant was not full but the host seated us at the first table directly in front of the door, we have a baby in a high chair who gets in the draft throughout the meal.
20 minutes before someone came to offer us coffee, which was never refilled afterwards.
The service was so long it seemed like a joke. We used our own dishes for the baby because the waitress never brought a plate for him.
The food was terrible, not worthy of the chain. My boyfriend's sandwich was missing ingredients and the vegetables in my casserole were cold. The gluten-free toast that I already have to eat was as hard as croutons.
Enough to tarnish the reputation of an entire chain, although it is usually really appreciated.

Delicious. Fast, smiling and attentive waitress. Always satisfying to eat at this place! Comfortable seating on ordinary chairs, high chairs and benches. Quite varied menu.
Parking: Parking all around the restaurant but limited.

A must if you are in Quebec!!
Perfect place for breakfast or brunch.
The quantities are generous, the choice is varied and qualitative.
The service is always fast and efficient.
If you are hungry and want to eat well, don’t hesitate.

The music is rhythmic and too loud, which breaks the slightly more subdued atmosphere which is pleasant at lunch/brunch. The food was good overall. There were 2 of us and my partner had time to eat half of his meal before my plate was served to me. I chose the salmon benedictines and the hollandaise was cold and there were too many capers, which made the whole thing unpleasant in the mouth.

Good place for a good brunch! Homemade potatoes are a real treat!
The decor is really beautiful and this is repeated in all the chain's restaurants.
And the price is perfect!

The best place for lunch
By far the worst restaurant experience I've had in a long time.
There were only 10 tables occupied in the restaurant. We waited almost an hour for our plates which arrived slowly (there were 5 of us and we all ate at different times since the plates arrived one at a time).
I ordered the Bébédictine plate with avocados and Swiss cheese. The plate arrived and everything was very cold. I politely asked for a hotter meal. My plate was brought back to me 10 minutes later. The eggs are more than cooked, they are as dry as ever. The cooks had put the entire plate back in the microwave, which meant that the eggs were abominable. I, once again, politely asked that we at least just change the eggs... (At $25 a plate, it's the least we can do to enjoy what we're eating). The waitress left with my plate with a big sigh.
15 minutes later, I was brought back a hot plate, certainly, but with rubber avocados. I couldn't even eat them because they were so hard. I didn't say anything to the waitress because I had been sitting for over an hour and my baby was tired.
I'm not usually a difficult customer, but there are limits to everything. It's unacceptable to have such an experience when you pay sixty dollars for two. I will never go back there.
